Worst service ever in the restaurant. Waited over 1 hour on the food, they don’t say much, everything felt slow/lazy and then they mixed up the order and it wasn’t even good. Don’t eat here is my advice.

Under-cooked food, grumpy staff and very unhygienic. Ended up in here after looking for a cold drink and some food in the shade to escape the heat of the beach. Must admit, I wasn’t paying too much attention to the surroundings and sat down and ordered. While waiting ages for my food to come out (which then came out raw so I refused to pay) I saw many people sit down and leave again and I wish I had done the same. Can’t begin to imagine what a state the attached hotel must be in.

I’m writing a review solely for the HK restaurant. If I could rate it 0 Stars I would - please do not waste your time and money by eating here! Put simply, this is the worst restaurant I have visited in the Philippines and probably the whole of South East Asia. My girlfriend and I were visiting white beach for the day and decided to have lunch here. When we walked in, not one member of staff said hello or greeted us with a smile. We were then told all food would take 45 minutes to make which is crazy considering we were one of the few people in there. We ordered chicken katsu which was served with a bottle of sweet chilli sauce that was absolutely covered in Ants - the staff couldn’t understand why this isn’t acceptable to serve someone. Then my girlfriend was served her fried chicken which was completely raw, so much so that is was still bleeding all over the plate. Again the staff didn’t seem to care one bit and no one ever apologised. We then said we would just pay for the food we had to which the waitress rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath. We paid our bill and again the waitress did not apologise for the food or even say thank you to us for coming. When confronted with this, she replied with a very sarcastic “You’re Welcome.” Some of the worse customer service I have ever received - please do not eat here, these people do not deserve you to spend your hard earned money here.

I booked this resort on booking.com before reading the TripAdvisor reviews. Seriously, one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! The staff are a waste of time, the place should by only #1 star. The location sucks. The beach is grit sand and rocks and very dirty. I paid USD$350 for 2 nights. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. The rooms were old and dirty, no hot water, TV didn't work, Wifi was crap, not even a fridge in the room. Their onsite restaurant was a joke. The food was disgusting, we left halfway through a meal and had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest place in Moalbal.
