First of all, never ever go to this place! We were on our way at the slowboats from the Thai border to Luang Prabang and on this boat there was a guy promoting this hotel. You could book a room in advance with this guy. Unfortunately we did and were given a room upstairs which could not be locked... We...

80k kip for a twin fan room. Fan is a big ceiling mounted one so did the job. Clean, large room. Good ( for asia) shower. Wifi is a bit weak upstairs. Staff were friendly enough. Next door to the pier and the two best restaurants in town!

The guest house was in s good location just a short walk from the pier, which was handy when carrying rucksacks. On arrival we were told the power was out and would be on in 10minutes... Although not really their fault it was another 2hrs! The room itself was nothing special but clean, although the odd critter was found crawling...

We spent there one night as many tourists do on their way from Huay Xai to Luang Prabang by slowboat. Hotel was okay, nothing special. Nice view from the terrace to Mekong river. Good location close to the pier.

This is a basic hotel in a very basic town. Nice owners - we took two rooms for a family of 4 - and although they do serve food -dinner, breakfast and packed lunches for the boat- we didn't try these as we ate at the Indian next door (which is very good). Wifi was patchy and we actually used...

It is ok. You can't have much here. It is just a resting point for going Luang Prabang. You have everything basic for the price. But do look out for bugs. The room is old and look out the bathroom window as it linked doorway, people tall enough can see you. The view from the restaurant downstairs is awesome in...

We were sold this hotel room on the slow boat. And we were really glad we stayed here. Clean room and bathroom. Free towel. No bugs. The cool (not completley cold) showers were really refreshing. Great balcony to view the river and so close to the boat landing.

We were sold this room on the slowboat down from Huay Xai. We paid 500 Bahts for a double room, which was in hindsight way overpriced. The room was just ok, good enough for a nights sleep. No tv. Patchy wifi. Bathroom was a low point - only cold water and there was a window opening to the main corridor...

A recent review says basic and overpriced..I have stayed there many times and beg to differ. You get what you pay for.....it has warm water, and clean toilets. For 300 baht a night I am content with that

Was offered a room in that guesthouse on the slow boat for 130,00 kip by the captain. We were told it would be hard to find a room once we got there. The god point I guess is that it is close tomthe boat launch. Otherwise the room was on the side of the busy street. The shower temperature knob...
