We enjoyed our stay here greatly. Our room and its view were delightful and just a short, pleasant walk into the village. We were offered tea on our arrival and were able to make tea or coffee for ourselves any time. The landlady was most helpful in suggesting places we might visit and her breakfasts were varied and really sumptuous...

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. When we finished unpacking our host gave us tea and a delicious home made tea cake. While we were enjoying that we were given given a little info on their local area after all we stayed here because we wanted today visit their place where they 'There Quiet Man' had been filmed....

We recently stayed for one night and had 2 rooms here. The rooms were very nice and spacious with very pretty views. Mary was very nice and we enjoyed talking with her. Breakfast was very good with delicious, fresh smoked salmon. The location was quiet at night and we walked to town and walked to Ashford Castle.

I love this B&B. I have been to Cong on a few occasions over the past year or so and I have always stayed with Mary. Mary is a very welcoming host and very chatty. The property itself is very close to Cong village which is most suitable for me. It is very central to Ballinrobe, Headford and Galway and...

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sean, son of the owner. Sean showed me to my room and insisted upon carrying my case up the stairs. He also brought it back down for me. Handsome, polite young man. Upon meeting Mary, I understand why Sean is who he is. She is a love, providing an immaculate room and serving a...

Great place to stay. Host was amazing. Room was very good, large clean and comfortable. Close to the castle without the cost. Breakfast was tasty and again the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Mary is the best B&B hostess we've ever encountered, we had an absolutely wonderful stay there, only 1 night, but we were treated like royalty. Tea and homemade cake when we arrived, delightful room and on-suite, extremely comfortable. A nice touch was the water cooler outside our room and kettle, etc to make a hot drink on coming home, or when...

Stayed with Mary and her family for 2 nights. The bedrooms were spotless, welcoming and so comfortable! The water cooler in the hallway a god send after a night at a family wedding. Her breakfast choice was varied and everything we ate was outstanding. You couldn't possibly leave hungry! As hosts unbelievable people above and beyond.
