Only stayed for one night but would recommend this to anyone. The staff couldn't do enough from check in to check out and the food was beautiful. The gardens were immaculate, even in the rain. Didn't use the spa/gym just the bar and restaurant.

A nice hotel - a little old and dated but charming, I stayed in a deluxe room which was large, bright and clean. It was a little cold in the room even though the radiator was on (but that may be me). The bed is huge and comfy with good quality linen. I'm not sure you could called it a...

We stayed here in a ground floor room for two nights on a Groupon offer. Hotel a little worn in places (scratches on room door, sidewards moving toilet seat, shower drain made a terrible sucking noise and shower spray mounting very wobbly) but overall clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast included which was a fair selection of cooked...

It's ok. The receptionist on arrival was helpful the one on leaving was brusque. The room was clean but dated. It benefitted from a large bathroom with bath but the light over the mirror didn't work. The bedroom was a good size and it's great to be able to open a window even if there's condensation from single glazing. The...

Reception is a bit tired but staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean if a little tired. Shower was hot which is always a plus. Evening meal was good enough and breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed overnight at an enchanting Hotel called oriel country Hotel &Spa In St Asaph . The setting is very ideal for a country house hotel and spa nestling amongst mature trees...

Booked through Groupon. Greater at reception by lovely lady. Shown to the room. Huge king size bed. Very comfy. Radiator in bathroom was stuck on full blast and couldn't move it so bathroom was boiling which in the night made the room feel boiling. As it was too hot couldn't really sleep very well. But it was probably our own...

Booked this for a birthday treat on Groupon as spa with Welsh afternoon tea advertised. The spa bit was fine, although the waiting area is very strange and cold and isn't a very nice space to wait for a treatment. Even more so when you are sat there in your dressing gown and there are other people in there fully...

I have stayed here on business a few times now and have seen improvements on every visit. On my most recent visit I was pleasantly engaged at the reception desk and given further information about the hotel and facilities, this has never happened before. It was also the first time at reception, on checking out, that I have been asked...

What a fantastic venue to host a party!! From booking, to the party night, the staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the night. Michelle and her team were amazing everyone had everything they needed throughout the evening, the 120 hot meals were all hot, well presented, plentiful and delicious! The breakfast was equally delicious...
