Overnight stay for wedding. Booked for a twin night stay. Positives: • Plenty of parking. • Pleasant waiting area and reception with friendly staff. • Breakfast had a lovely selection and cooked well. • Rooms were very spacious and clean. • Bath in room were lovely and large and filled quickly. Negatives: • The bathroom fan made the worst noise...

We stayed in a deluxe room, although it had no fridge/mini bar and we could not see what was deluxe about the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was 1 sausage, 2 slices of bacon and choice of egg along with a disappointing half a mushroom, half a slice of black pudding with half a tomatoe!!!

Stayed here Sunday & Monday nights mid May on a business trip. First impressions were OK, however then you start to see the faults. Good points The ground floor room was spacious with a huge Queen sized bed which was very comfortable. Bathroom a good size. Nice swimming pool. Staff very polite and helpful. Free Wi Fi (but very weak...

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of April while visiting family locally. Beautiful setting, quaint village, handy for North Wales Expressway, Chester and Llandudno coast. Hotel set in pleasant grounds, ample car parking, located on quite busy road. Our room was a good size, bright and airy, good king size bed and decent shower. My only criticism is that...

Not worth the prices they charge. A very ' tired ' hotel. Rooms supposed to be Superior were not even up to standard room level for a 4 star ? Our double glazing didn't keep out the noise from the busy road that this hotel is on. The seal was not good. The whole place could do with a good...

Stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding there. Room was spotless, drinks a tad pricey but breakfast was good. One waitress a little rude though. The wedding was super. Beautiful grounds all in all a very nice stay.

Second 'voucher' deal, this time bought for us as a gift. Very spacious room, scrupulously clean, lovely soft huge white towels, quality toiletries. Limited choice of continental breakfast but all fresh. Earlier risers get the most choice! Hubby says the smoked haddock he ordered for hot breakfast was delicious and well worth the £4 extra! Bar prices arent at all...
