We've spend two days at Hotel Schloss Reichmannsdorf and liked it. Although the image of the 'Schloss' does not mirror how it really looks like, the new hotel building is nice. Anyway, rooms are large and very nicely furnished. Unfortunately there's no fridge, as well as no tea or coffee facilities n the room, but you'll get free drinking water....

Nice place to stay for a night or two when visiting this beautiful region. This hotel seems popular with golfers as well. We loved the charming grounds and common areas. Breakfast was excellent, a foodie's paradise. Everything was fresh, and top notch. The rooms could use a bit of an update with some more modern amenities and better lighting, nothing...

A small old castle in a tiny village but the hotel next to the castle is a modern building with very good rooms. We had a very spacious suite. The management must be good because the staff is professional and extremely friendly. The restaurant is in a kind of cellar and they serve good quality food and pleasant wines. The...

Friendly and very good quality hotel. Personnel is friendly and committed. An upgrade will give you one of the suites which are magnificent. The surrounding area is typical Bayern countryside: prosperous but a bit dull. Overal a great hotel stay. Too bad the golf course doesnt live up to this standard. The course is somewhat randomly built on a hilly...

Dear Pieter, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are glad that you had a great stay with us. In particular, we are pleased that you are so satisfied with our staff and the rooms. The spacious, modernly equipped junior suites with view to the terrace and garden also fascinate us again and again. Too bad that...

Got in late on very cool April nite. Woke up with several bug bites on hands, arms and stomach. I reported the possibility of fleas or bed bugs. I sent photos. Was told that upon inspection of photos, the issue was not either and perhaps it was mosquitos. What? I suggested they look in room. Got another response that the...

We spent one night here on our way elsewhere, many guests came for the golf course that starts in de backyard of the hotel. The terrace had good tables, but staff was a bit clumsy, apparently not communicating and taking orders twice. Same thing with breakfast: two rooms had tables in rows without a clear walking path, and the offerings...

Newly built hotel with all comfort. Friendly and attendant staff. Very quiet location. Linked to a castle, but apart from a restaurant room with a vaulted ceiling, it has nothing to do with it. Stayed there for 4 nights with a group of 45 persons. Breakfast was good, but not above average. Every day the same food. Dinner was below...

I recently enjoyed a two-night weekend stay at the Hotel Schloss Reichmannsdorf with a group of friends. Flying into Nuremberg Airport from London, we opted to hire a car for the weekend and found the drive to Reichmannsdorf to be relatively short and easily navigable. We were greeted by friendly and attendant staff, all of whom were flawlessly helpful throughout...

Spent a weekend here with friends and we had a lovely time. The castle is a romantic baroque number but I think most of the actual bedrooms are in the modern annex which is connected to the castle. I can understand that some people would prefer to be in the castle but I preferred the in the annex as it...
