Amazing accomodation and location (and owner) - you can spend ages at the pool watching the cable cars on the nearby mountain or watch the swallows skimming across the pool surface. The pool itself is perfect and difficult to leave - lots of comfy deckchairs - but there are so many other distractions and never enough time to get round it all. There are ancient villages, amazing beaches and an easy transport system to get you around. The villa has everything you need and spotlessly clean. We will certainly be back !

We stayed a weekend in Hotel Villa de Hazelaar in Schoorl, which has recently been completely renovated. A lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms and exellent bathroom facilities. We had a room with a terrace on which there was an appletree heavy with fruit. There is a big garden next to the rooms. The sitting room and library were nicely decorated with an interesting combination of antique and modern furniture. From the hotel we walked into the dunes and enjoyed the beautiful natures. The dunes are suitable for long or short distance walks. The beach is only 5 kilometers away. Great place for a weekend at sea!
