The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because they have old fashioned blankets on the beds. I'm not sure if they can be washed. I went out and bought a comforter. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

As fotos enganam! Ninguém quer saber das queixas de falta de higiene, não trocam os lençóis da cama, garantidamente. A recepção não quer saber de nada, seja quem for e apanhei 4 pessoas diferentes. Don’t be mistaken by the photos! No one cares about the complaints of lack of higiene. They DONT change the bed sheets, thats guaranteed! The receptionist doesn’t care about anything, no matter who( I complained to 4 different people)

It was a nice place, renewed, near city centre. We were upgraded from a double to a triple because of some event with tennis teams. The room was very clean, but small. The balcony is great but lacks of a table and some chairs. The staff was very helpful, and keep an eye on our bike during the night.

The staff was helpful in describing the attractions, local pastries and restaurants in town. The pedestrian streets are just around the corner; the major park nearby. The bus station is just a block away and the train station within a km. It is very convenient.

The location is good (the entrance is from the shopping centre, but I don't see it as a problem) and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is nothing really to say about the hotel. Breakfast was extremely poor.
