I always feel at home in this hotel and I come back as soon as I can. The new Wyndham management seems to have maintained the quality of the previous Hilton management. Majestic building, 4 floors of rooms, cross plan. Exceptional breakfast with variety and quality. A 10 minute walk from the center of Somma Lombardo and 20 from the train station from where you can reach the center of Milan (Garibaldi station) in 40 minutes or other destinations of interest such as Lake Maggiore (10 minutes). Free shuttle to and from Milan Malpensa airport, at fixed times, just make a simple reservation. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys and see you next time!

The attention to detail with the team there was superb. The cleanliness, atmosphere was all I could ask for. My stay at the hotel was due to business, late nights and early mornings the kitchen the hotel runs always provided me with excellent attention and selections, and so very good without breaking the bank.

A terrible hotel. It is not very clean in the rooms, mould in multiple rooms with the showers and bath as told by my colleagues also. Shower doors off the runners, plug sockets and pet of the toilet flush hanging off the wall and loose. Splatter marks up some of the walls from spilled drinks of previous guests that they have not really tried to get off the wall. Some bugs in the rooms also. Breakfast is poor and dinner is very overpriced. We had the cheese pizza for dinner in the bar and it was not cooked good at all. Some staff are rude and unhelpful however there are some great and helpful staff who made our stay here a bit more bearable.

I am forced by my company to stay here several nights a month and is the absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed. Every single room balthroom is full of mold top to bottom. Dont bother switching room they are all full of mold. The pics are from 2 diff rooms in 2 separate ocassions. One plug on one side of the bed only. Lamps that dont work. And what ive read about the shuttle not being free is completely true the charge is 25 per person for hotel shuttle.

Poorly maintained structure. The rooms show very obvious signs of wear and poor maintenance. We stayed on our way back from holidays because we landed at Malpensa at night. The only convenient thing is that check-in is available 24 hours a day. Arriving at 2am we had to change rooms as the blackout curtains of the one assigned to us were all broken and did not close. In the new room we discovered in the morning that there was only one towel kit (the room was a double). After 2 requests at reception nothing was delivered to us. At check out we were simply told that the report had been made... but no one bothered to check that the service was carried out... bringing 2 towels I don't think was complicated!!!. Really bad services. In the morning a lot of noise due to work along the corridor without the slightest care of who was sleeping...

We choose Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport for every room guest to airport. When we book 12 seats of free free shuttle bus, the staff refused to book any seats for us and asked us to hire two external shuttle buses to airport. But there are still 6 seats of free shuttle bus let when we make reservation. We don’t want to argue with the staff though they proclaim a False propaganda. But finally we find two hotel’s room guests got in on of the external bus that we have paid before us because the bus we were taking is hotel’s free shuttle bus but hotel ask us to pay….

Friendly staff. Very happy to help. We requested two separate rooms and both rooms had black mold in showers. Black mold affects the respiratory system. I informed front desk in the morning. We only stayed there for a few hours in order to catch our flight early next day. Bleach and/or redoing the grout would do the hotel rooms a huge favour.

Hilton? Really biggest joke I’ve heard this year. This place must stay afloat because airlines put their crew up here especially the emirates. I’ve heard many people complain on their phones about the state of this place. The barman is the biggest idiot of them all. I stand waiting for a beer but he refused to serve me because an emirates cabin guy was at the bar after me. He politely said I was first but still I waited. Why? The emirates guy asked why too? I ordered a lasagna, 4 minutes later , it arrived , the same barman asked was it ok, microwave food is not good. His reply” did you want it cold” no I wanted fresh food if I had ordered pasta or spaghetti I would have waited 20 minutes like the other guests. That would have been fresh! Oh dear. No water at 05.30 after I had a stool, ok the water went off it’s ok as long as you flush my toilet when the water is back on I asked. 12 hours later as I return !!!!! What a smell no one went to my room. A Hilton ????? I have nothing against airlines as I’m an engineer! THIS IS NOT A HILTON don’t be fooled!!!!

I stay at the hotel two nights for work, the location is good if you need to commute to or from Milan Malpensa Airport, 15 minutes by car. I got a room at the first floor where the bathroom is designed for people with physical disabilities so the wc doesn't have a seat cover, the shower is really small and every time you take a shower all the floor will be float. The walls are really thin so you can easily hear your neighbors all the time. Is an old hotel.
However the room was clean and the reception and breakfast staff was polite and nice.
Maybe they are newest rooms at the hotel with better noise isolation but overall for be a Hilton Hotel of 4 starts I think the level and quality of the rooms doesn't show this.

The hotel shuttle runs every 1/2 hour though not for early morning flights and will drop off at the train also if your heading to Arono (?sp) which was a lovely trip from the hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Somma Lombardo area.
