- Great location, with nice view on Bromo crater. - Dirty room, dirty bed, dirty bathroom. Only one sheet on the bed (covering the mattress) and a dirty blanket. - Food in restaurant quite good - Only Indonesian breakfast

For that area with very limited choices, I found this hotel was somewhat acceptable, room were old but they provide a good bed, enough blanket for the cold night. Bedsheets, pillow cases was so old but not dirty, towels were old and so dirty so bring your own towels please. Toilet is quite haunted, old and dirty but hot water... More

This place was quite clean and the breakfast was amazing. However, we booked for Mount Bromo transportation and was quoted a specific price (manager said there was no entrance fee). We were taken there by a motorbike via a back way as mentioned by our driver. When we returned to our hotel, the manager who set up the transportation told... More

Restaurant has nice view of mount bromo. We had nasi rawon which was quite delicious. The soup smelled of turmeric and other spices and had lots of meat. Rice served on side was better than in other places. My husband hsd nasi ayam. Nice simple meal. We also had ginger coffee and giner tea. The place is non smoking which... More

As many others have already mentioned, this place is completely overpriced. But they have a really good location for visiting Mount Bromo, so the price didn't bother us too much. The rooms were alright, not anything special and the bathroom was kinda gross (also the shower didn't work properly), but the biggest problem was actually that there was no heating... More

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. It has unobstructed views of Mt. Bromo and decent-sized clean rooms with a private sit-out area. Perfect to enjoy a drink in watching the sun go up and down the volcano. However, as a single woman traveler, I was given wrong information on two occasions. First, I was told the Sabana is walking... More

We are reviewing its restaurant as we were not staying in the hotel. We knew the only best thing about this hotel is it offers you the bromo view. Yes, the view is fantastic but you can just come and sit at the outdoor fence and enjoy the view. We did that. The food is very expensive and it taste... More

Cemara Indah Hotel is a good solution to visit Mount Bromo as it is located right at the beginning of the hiking path and it has a spectacular view on the volcano area. The rooms are nothing fancy: quite cold (there is no heater), no hot water, old furniture but fairly clean. Note: Bed sheets are not provided, there are... More

The hotel is located in the top of village which can see the view of Bromo easily. Near the hotel's fence, its a small way for trecking to Mount Bromo without paying the entrance fee. We walked around 1.30 hrs. to get to the Crator of Bromo. Its amazing view from there. There was a wind to make a bad... More
