As a business frequent traveler 5 stars hotels become your second home and when taking time off other things count. For my personal style, comfort, friendly attention (no fake smiles), good food and relaxing atmosphere is my close to home getaway destination Vayma has been my getaway for more than a decade. I've come in party mood and I've found...

Located on the beach, somewhere in the zones of Acapulco (ensure you catch a taxi !!!). Sit on the sand, each fresh seafood at reasonable prices (not cheap but very reasonable ). Service is very efficient, very precise and really honest - the Maitre' D told us if something was from yesterday and was never trying to 'sell'. An honest...

Spent Thanksgiving weekend at Hacienda Vayma, was able to book a room on very short notice. We arrived early and our room was ready, service - from food to finding us a taxi to get back to the bus terminal - was absolutely fantastic. Only minor complaint is the noise that comes from the events property that is next door....

spent a Sunday afternoon with my daughter and 2 other young women. Had a late lunch and took a dip in the pool. A beautiful clean beach but waves are too high and dangerous to swim or even take a dip. Beautiful sunset and for hire horses to take a short ride along the beach The property has hamacas all...

I spent two nights there. We arrived to Pie De La Cuesta without a booked room, and we visited almost every hotel on the main street. This one was the one that seemed better. Not so expensive but not very cheap. At least it was clean,my room had AC (not every room has). I love the sea,so I'm always looking for...

We arrived with a plan to stay 2 nights. Ended up staying one. No hot water, rooms have no windows, like staying in a bunker. Bed is hard, pillows are horrible. The restaurant is average but overpriced for the kind of food, just the pizzas are worthed, but not worth the trip to Pie de la Cuesta. It used to...

Around ten years ago, I used to go to Vayma at least once a month. Now it had been about 8 years since I last had been there and I was wondering why I found it so amazing. This time I was quite disappointed (or maybe my expectations were too high). What I most remembered about my previous experiences at...

This is a really great place to get away, whether for the day, the weekend or longer. The atmosphere is quiet and extremely relaxed, the setting on Pie de la Cuesta beach (where you can enjoy unbelievable sunsets) with stunning Coyuca lagoon (some of the best water skiing on the planet) just across the street. We had an enormous breakfast...
