It was initially a wonderful trip, despite there was no internet in the apartment area. It could have been a pleasant experience. However, it broke down when I check out. The girl at the reception 'Shae' was quite grumpy and angry with attitude to me, which I did not know where was it coming from. She later did not sent...

We stayed for two nights and our family had a wonderful time. The grounds and rooms are immaculate, the service excellent (from initial booking to final check out) and dining experience in the restaurant fantastic. A family friendly resort that we all loved. We will return.

One of the most magnificent resorts I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Our chalet was immaculate and I need to credit the housekeeping staff for this. The decor in the chalet was simply beautiful and you feel at home the minute you open the door. The main dining/ check in/communal area/bar is warm and welcoming. We dined in...

Well this was our 7th visit to this wonderful facility. It is a hidden summer gem, but since we started coming here each year it is getting more popular. Pinnacle Valley has wonderful staff, who remember you each time that you return. They are so welcoming, which is great. This visit was our first time staying in the hotel. We...

A lovely surprise few days away. Beautiful surroundings, excellent accommodation and lovely food. We made the most of the pool, spa, walks around the lake, bar and restaurant. Our days were spent exploring the high country and surrounding towns. We will return. Loved it all 💚

We stayed a week in a 2 bedroom chalet through an Interval International Getaway. We had requested for a chalet with good views before arriving and were very pleased to stay at #8 which has lovely views from the balcony to grounds behind where each evening a herd of kangaroos would traverse, sometimes stopping to graze on the grass. We...

Fantastic apartments we throughly enjoyed our trip of 7 days. The grounds are beautiful and wallabies graze the grounds. The apartments are spacious and well equiped. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Nicely refurbished rooms, we had a small studio room. Grounds were well kept and could see kangaroos nearby. Very convenient to Mt Buller and local walks - Plain Creek walk recommended as it is a few minutes away. Good facilities to use such as sauna, gym, pool, lounge area. But wifi only at reception area.
