I stayed here with my partner last week (Sept 24) and I have to say it didn't disappoint and lived up to all the positive comments already on here! Check in was quick and faultless and all done with a lovely smile and we were made to feel very welcome, everything was quickly explained and we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor a One Bedroom apartment with pool and partial sea view. The room was extremely clean, modern and spacious with all the mod cons you would ever need including a large fridge/ Freezer a large screen tv with all the channels inc. Netflix, Prime and You tube, and was cleaned to a high standard daily and also boasts a very large balcony with table and chairs and superb air conditioning. I also found the room very quiet with no noise from outside or surrounding rooms. The hotel is literally a few steps and a quick hop onto the beautiful beach of Figueretes and surrounded by excellent places to eat and drink our favourite being Haddocks for breakfast and lunch with stunning sea views, we never used the hotel pool although it seemed not many people did as the beach is so close and there was never any rush for sunbeds should you need them. Sun beds on the beach are 10 euros a bed or Parasol although most days we just laid on the beach. I have to say the staff at the hotel were excellent and always very helpful with ideas of places to go and would order you a cab when needed with no problem, the shower room on leaving was also excellent and immaculately clean. We took advantage of the beach towels, basket and parasol offer which is 50 euros for the duration on your stay which is fully refunded on leaving and you can change the towels whenever needed. We walked into both Ibiza Town (15 mins along the beach) and Playa Den Bossa (15 mins on the road) a couple of times as easily accessible and a nice walk in the evening. Would I stay here again, most definitely and will be back asap! Well done to all the staff that make this hotel a fantastic base to spend your time

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. We checked in early. Went for a walk and bite to eat. The hotel rang us to say problem with air conditioning could they enter the room to fix it. When we arrived back it couldn’t be fixed, so we were upgraded to a sea view room and 2 free glasses of cava. Brilliant customer service. Apartment’s clean and well equipped and in a lovely location. Restaurant down stairs is really good as well. If you leave a €50 deposit you can have beach towels, beach bag and parasol perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in at the apartments we were given really useful recommendations for restaurants and shown on a map where the old town was, which was great as we hadn't been before.
We stayed in a fantastic pool view superior apartment. The kitchen and lounge area were decorated Ibizan style, very stylish, with all the mod cons in the kitchen, including a full size fridge/freezer.
The view from our apartment was spectacular, overlooking the pool, the sea and the beach, meters away from the apartments. There is a bar/restaurant underneath which was lovely. It would have been nice for an entrance to the bar to be accessible from the pool area, but it wasn't really a problem as we took our own soft drinks to the pool.
Just down from the apartments you can catch a boat to Formentera or Ibiza Town, which we did and really enjoyed it. There are also lots of bars and restaurants a stones throw away if you wish to stay local.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

I really recommend this apartment complex. The apartment was super clean, everything was there. Staff top, you only had to ask for something and it was done for you right away. Best WiFi we've ever had. We also reserved a place in the adjacent parking garage for a fee, but you could choose your own parking space and it was 10 euros per day. We stayed here as a family with 2 young children. The apartments are great, very clean and everything you need for a home away from home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be offered a beach towel service for a refundable deposit. Only a short taxi from the airport. Our children LOVED the reception car filled with beach and pool toys they could play with. They also enjoyed the pool table and table games. Pool is clean but has no shade at all- and umbrellas are not allowed which we thought was bizarre.
We had 2 very noisy nights with people playing loud music and shouting. The first night we called reception who then sent a member of staff to our room who was quite annoyed at us for calling. She was ringing our door buzzer and knocking loudly at 4am when we had 2 small children asleep. She said it was from another apartment block which was completely wrong. The second night we just lay awake instead.
We had a lovely holiday here, we would return if we could have shade by the pool and better sleep.

For the price I paid this was excellent value for money. We had a superior sea view apartment which was great, very clean and modern. Loved the frontline location. The restaurant underneath the apartments was actually really good and probably the best we ate at in our 3 nights there, however the service was very ‘moody’!
Location wise this was absolutely spot on, you can take a little water taxi from the within minutes of the hotel which takes you into Ibiza Old Town and/or Playa den Bossa.

My family stayed here at the end of April 2022 and could not fault the experience, especially the customer service and the location. We have two small children (2 and 1 years old) and we were a bit worried about going on our first holiday, but it was the perfect spot. The apartment is spacious and safe, there are lots of restaurants right on the doorstep and the beach is literally right outside. The apartment is really clean and a little home away from home. What we loved the most was the warm welcome at reception from Antonio, who also gave us lots of great advice on things to do and places to go. As the swimming pool was still very cold in April, he told us about a local indoor spa and pool that the kids really loved. Another lady working on reception booked us boat tickets and a taxi to go to Formentera, which I would really recommend. And another lady on reception gave my little boy a loan of toys to play with on the beach. Retro Cafe is a great place for brunch closeby, and The Boooo have the best burgers you will ever have in your life!

The reason we chose this apartment was because of the great reviews annd we were not disappointed. The staff was 10/10 in helpfulness and friendly. The sea views were incredibly. We were working during the day during some of our stay so Wifi was very important. As soon as we arrived we tested it and saw that it was down. We let the receptionist know (Susana) who called IT and they sorted it out by the time we stepped out for some tapas. The promenade along the beach is right outside, a 20 step journey from the aparthotel doorway. It was quite, fully equipped with A/C, a big bathroom. Simple but perfect as we wanted the seaviews, and the chance to relax. Parking in the white lines was fairly easy, a five minute walk away. Walking to the Ibiza castle took 20-25 minutes, which was great for us as we did not exercise at all. The hotel owned by Messi is 2 minutes on foot from where we stayed with simiar views of Ibiza castle so it speaks for itself, it's a quite area with many bars and restaurants as well as beaches. The staff was above and beyond helpful. Once we checked out, we were allowed to finish work in their buffet/lounge area and turned on the A/C for our comfort and made us feel welcome. We even had a chance to order coffees and leave our luggage in their store room. They offer an outdoor pool, showers and toilet faclities which are spotlessly kept. I would give 5 stars for their meticulous attention to customer care. Well done! I highly recommend it for disabled people too, as it has bathrooms and corridors to cater for wheelchair access.

This is a nice place to stay in Ibiza! The location is great and the staff is very accommodating. The room is spacious and the a/c works well. We were able to walk to a good amount of places and they had a garage we could pay to park in with our rental car. My one complaint which isn't really the hotel's fault but it was unfortunate - our power/water went off for about half a day. They did allow us to go to a different property to shower but it was quite a hassle all around. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though as everything else was good. Great cost for what you get.
