The facilities at the hotel are great however staff really did not care. Felt like cattle passing through sadly. I asked for a cab at the desk I was told to wait outside no cabs came along. Check in was unfriendly but efficient. Sat at the pool bar drinking some bottled water and was told off by a member of staff because the water had not come from the bar. €900 euros spent to be told off over keeping hydrated. It’s a busy hotel and they don’t have time to look after you or even be friendly. The facilities are great but felt anonymous and unwelcome sadly. Also the pizza had cold vegetables spread on top had to send it back since it was so cold.

We were pleasantly surprised by this three star Pension aparthotel. The apartment with two bedrooms and sea view was well equipped (kitchenette, TV, sofa bed, closets). Clean on arrival but the cleaning is not top The following days. The pools, billiards and table tennis were a real plus, and the Inn offers to keep luggage with access to showers before a late flight.However, the soundproofing is insufficient, provide balls Wharves. The bedding could be improved, the mattresses and pillows are not top, we should provide aisles on mattresses for more hygiene.The location is very good.

Fabulous value for money apartments. Staff members were so helpful, professional and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. Our apartment was cleaned with fresh towels everyday which was wonderful. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained- three lovely pools, lovely poolside Balinese beds, a reasonably priced pool bar which also served decent food and nice, chilled music around the pool area. The breakfast was fabulous- lots of choice, freshly made and very good price. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend.

Really easy spot and practical for an Ibiza stay. Imen was a ray of sunshine that made our stay perfect, we loved having a friendly face to ask questions to and who made us feel so welcome - she spoke perfect English and Italian too. We’re just back from a long weekend staying here and we really couldn’t knock it. The location, smack bang in between Figueritas and Playa D’en Bossa was perfect for us..25mins to walk to Ibiza town, the same into Playa D’en Bossa. All rooms have a beautiful sea view and across to Ibiza town, the three pools all offered a slightly different vibe and were super clean, the bar served amazing Cava Sangria and breakfast was also great - so much choice and everything fresh and delicious.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We were able to check into our apartment early and also extend our room for a few hours with no fuss. Don’t expect 5 star luxury, it’s definitely a good solid 3 star I’d say. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, had just been refurbished, beds were comfy and we had loads of space, including our balcony which got the morning sun.
Unpretentious, clean, spacious, great staff and for us, the ideal location, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel looks nice from the outside, but from inside its like a mess. Poor value for the money. There is absolutely NO COFFEE or TEA in the rooms. We asked the reception for coffee and they tried to convince us that they have travelled the whole world and no hotels provide complimentary coffee or tea. They said “no hotels give coffee for free” but I was like uhm it’s not free my friend I paid 700€ for the room. The whole room is so old fashioned and the decoration and furniture is from year 1950 from the World War II. The kitchen was so dirty and the plates and cups had fingerprints and dirt. The cleaning lady wash the plates and cups with sink water and uses her hand to flush. I’m schocked over the hygiene level I am almost sure if I had the corona it would be from this kitchen. The walls are thin I could not only hear people from the balcony chatting but I could also ehar people from the hall. I could hear the elevator bell. See picture for the old fashioned and outdated room. I also checked online the other hotels in this area and they have lower or similar price and guess what - they provide “free” coffee. Free if you pay the 700 euros for your stay.

Home is where the heart is they said… I have recently visited Jabeque 2 times, in July and August, and yes, it still feels like home. It’s the place that i call my second home for several reasons, it’s the place, the service & the staff at once.
The hotel is located at the end of Playa d’en Bossa and the beginning of Figueretes next to the sea with a wonderful view. It has lots of facilities, there are 3 swimmingpools, the middle one has daily entertainment (DJ’s, singers, dancers) and the two other pools are more quite but still very nice to hang out! All of the pools have free beds and there a few luxury beds where you have pay a small consumption fee. There is a bar at the mainpool where you can get all your drinks and snacks during the day. The staff will serve it to your poolbeds or you can take place at the terrace
Jabeque is situated in between Playa den Boss and the centre of Ibiza. Ibiza centre is on walking distance, it’s a 20 minute walk. Also the Playa den Bossa strip is a 20 minute walk.
My last stays where in the Jabeque Soul part (they have to parts: Jabeque Dreams and Jabeque Soul). The rooms are clean, and it has everything you need: spacious bedrooms, bath/shower, toilet, TV screen, good working airconditioning and a kitchen. There is daily housekeeping including refreshing of towels. All rooms in Jabeque Soul have sea view, defintely worth it to get up early to sea the sunrise.
On the groundfloor you will find the hotelrestaurant. I have used the restaurant for breakfast and that was pretty good! There is enough choice including fruit, coffee, different kinds of bread, yoghurt etc.
The key of Jabeque is definitely their staff, all of them are so kind and so helpful with everything you need. The managers Patricia and Juande are hard workers but they always have time to ask about your day and if everything is going well. The staff is definitely one of the mainreasons of my yearly return to Jabeque, so thanks to all of them, especially Lara, Jose, Victoria, Juan, Marina, Laura and ofcourse Patricia and Juande! You made me feel like home again! See you soon family!
