Hotel MIM Ibiza receives accolades for its extensive amenities, including a praised breakfast spread, a popular rooftop bar, and a serene pool area with Balinese beds. While the rooms are noted to be on the compact side, their cleanliness and stylish decor are well-regarded. The hotel's atmosphere exudes style and relaxation, though the pool music volume has been a point of contention for some. Its prime location is a consistent highlight among guests, as is the exceptional service provided by the hotel's attentive staff. However, opinions on value for money are mixed, with a few reviewers mentioning the room size and cost as drawbacks.

Loved this place. Not too big, not too small.
Was a great location tucked away but v close to promenade, beaches and Old Town. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast buffet.
Great pool area and rooftop Skybar.
Relaxed and friendly vibe.
One of Messi's genuine Balon d'Or trophies is on display in reception as a nice but subtle nod to his ownership.
No parking but easy free on street parking nearby, always managed to park within 200-300m.
VERY cool interiors by @cochranedesignltd !

Hotel MIM is everything you want in a hotel. We stayed in a superior room with a balcony and although the room was relatively small, the hotel is spotlessly clean, has fantastic facilities (the Sky Bar is a delight), offers great food and is perfectly located close to Ibiza town (a taxi ride to San Antonio/ Pikes was less than 40 euros). However, the hotels greatest asset are its staff. Every member of the team, no matter what their position, were incredibly friendly, attentive and willing to help. Special mention to Matteo on reception who helped us throughout, Diego, Mara, Nadia and Urrit . There is a reason why so many people return to this hotel.

Beautiful facilities. Excellent and complete breakfast. The COZY room is very small but well distributed. The location is really very comfortable.
Keep in mind that you cannot park on the hotel sidewalk, but there is usually space just around the corner. It has a very nice rooftop and the truth is that the staff is always willing to help.

Small room, no refill in the minibar (we stayed 4 days), cleaning not good (same garbage on the floor in the bathroom 4 days in a row).
No iron in the room, no vine opener. No free water in the room (just the first day)
Everything felt very cheap…

If we wanted omelette at the breakfast we had to pay extra for ham, due it was included in the breakfast.

We also had a noise in our room first night ( maybe air conditioning) but they didn’t believe us first so it had to be an argument before they did something about it.
Reception/Staff did not understand English so well.

The price of this hotel expected more fore sure.
Not coming back.

We’ve been coming to this hotel each year for the past 6 years and have recommended it to multiple friends, however unfortunately we won’t be visiting again.

We had a privilege room but each day (sometimes multiple times a day) the key card stopped working - which isn’t ideal as a pregnant woman having to traipse up and down to reception each time I wanted to access my room.

The pool area was overly crowded and noisy (in prior years it was a chill out vibe and relaxing), breakfast was chaotic with a struggle to get a table unless you were up at 8/9am. Also the breakfast selection was much reduced, with no cava / mimosas available for my husband as in prior years.

One day we went out for lunch, our towels had been removed from our loungers so we asked for some more only to be told ‘one per day only, because the laundry don’t like having to wash the towels’.

The service with a smile of prior years was replaced with service with a snarl - such a shame as it was one of our favorite places to visit.

Dear Laura, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to read about your recent experience at hotel MiM Ibiza and we truly apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had to put in place security measures at the restaurant, which is why you had to wait in line to get to access the buffet. As a hotel, we also decided to encourage all of our guests to help us reduce our energy consumption, for environmental reasons, which is why your were kindly asked to keep your pool towels for the lenght of your stay, if possible. We do apologise for the misunderstanding and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you at MiM Hotel Ibiza. Please contact us directly if you decide to do so. Kind regards, Carla Ros - Hotel Manager

This was our third visit in consecutive years to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! In fact it continues with exemplary facilities, staff and cuisine.
All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful- they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best time.
Our room was wonderful, clean and fresh and maintained beautifully each day.
The food is incredible and the menu excellent- from a generous and varied breakfast, to the exquisitely presented lunches and wonderful dinners.
The pool area, loungers, day beds and pool itself is so clean and attractive- the staff work hard all day serving drinks and food to everyone there.
The Sky Bar is a wonderful bonus with great music, food and drinks and fantastic views across the bay.
I used the spa area for mani pedi and the beautician is extremely friendly and professional and I was delighted with my treatments.
We will be returning soon.

After reading the (older) reviews I was so excited to finish our Ibiza holiday off in style.. rooftop sunbathing and drinks, nice chilled vibe, Art Deco style rooms and interiors. But what a disappointment.

After asking hotels.com and the hotel directly to confirm that the room type was suitable for 2 adult males (we had booked a Tiny Room on hotels.com which said the room was a queen bed for 2 people, but the hotel website contradicted that and said the room was for 1 person), I was told in no uncertain terms that it was fine. We arrived any the room was little more than a laundry cupboard. We were in room 101, with the lift shaft INSIDE OUR ROOM.

Not only that, but we also had the staircase behind our headboard. The bed was crammed into a corner with barely any space to get in it, and it sagged in the middle. The room was also scuffed and felt dirty in places. There was constant noise in the hotel, and footsteps up and down the stairs, and we both had the worst sleeps we’ve ever had in a hotel.

The rooftop bar/sunbathing is now just a bar (not as in the photos with loungers/beds) and is only open from 17:30!!! The pool area is tiny, no beds available on any day we were there, and also parking isn’t available as stated - it’s just street parking if you’re lucky.

Breakfast starts at 8, so if you’re up and out early there’s no option for a takeaway coffee or fruit, also extremely disappointing.

The staff were super friendly, but I just can’t let that cloud over what was a really expensive stay, and a property that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to read that your stay at hotel MiM Ibiza did not meet your expectations. Our service standards do not represent your experience at all and we thank you for sharing your experience with us. Moreover, it is possible to take away breakfast in case of early departure. You simply had to previously ask our front office and we would have been more than happy to organise this for you. We do hope to have another opportunity in the future. If you decide so, make sure to contact us in order to help you choose the room category that will suit your needs. Kind regards, Carla Ros - Hotel Manager

I love this hotel I stay here every year and always have the best time. The staff all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the rooms are gorgeous as is the food. Beautiful evenings up at The Sky bar with a cocktail or two! Location is perfect and close to restaurants, bars and clubs and they have their own taxi service if you have an issues ordering one when it’s busy.

Second time staying at the Mim,
Amazed to see some of the miserable slightly aggressive staff still working there, they have zero hospitality skills and let this hotel down.
Couldn’t get to the bottom of who chooses the music for the pool or the Sky bar after asking several members of staff,
Loud brain dead Depressing thumping Techno music is not ideal to relax and not the spirit of Ibizan chill vibe.
The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good, nice coffee,
But we won’t be returning to the Mim,
The bad music and unfriendliness/negative attitude of some staff members is not what we come to Ibiza for and we’ve been coming for many many years and stayed all over the island.

Hotel Mim is perfect for a short break in Ibiza. It is a small boutique hotel that offers a really good service. Staff messaged me many times before we arrived to ensure they could offer us a service we wanted for our stay. We arrived early and they allowed us to use all the facilities and store our bags. They messaged me via WhatsApp to let us know when our room was ready. The pool was heated and it is a salt pool so feels very luxurious to swim in, like being in the sea. The pools surroundings are also luxurious, good music is being played and many service staff to order drinks and food. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bed is huge! The overall feel of the hotel is very comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast is very tasty with lots of choice. We especially liked the changing room with shower if you need to freshen up after check out for your journey home. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is also fabulous. Figuretes has a lovely beach with warm sea in the bay. Lots of good restaurants and places to drink cocktails and it is very easy to walk on a bit further to Ibiza town.
