This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was no longer that 15 minutes to the main clubs like Hí, Ushuaia, pacha and Amnesia - no more than £20 in a taxi. The rooms were super clean and we had a spacious terrace on the bottom floor. Mario the pool bar man was excellent, and so was Javi!! They made sure we always had a drink in hand and were very polite. Rebecca on the front desk was so helpful and kind she also done a fabulous job on cleaning our room, always came back to fresh bedding and cleaned room. Would 10/10 recommend and it’s LGBTQ+ friendly.

This was our second stay at this location. Would absolutely recommend these apartments. The sea view room is amazing, clean and cool thanks to great housekeeping and aircon! Excellent location just a short walk to Ibiza old town or Ibiza town. A minute from the beach. Lovely pool area and Mario on the bar is fab. Despite the fact, that we (older couple) asked for a quiet room at the time of the booking, we were provided with a room Nr. 130 – the one which is right next to the reception, the staircase and the elevator. There are too few parking spaces available and so you should be at the reception before 8 in the morning if you want one. Booking in advance is not possible and there is no guarantee that you will get a parking space. Parking is otherwise very nerve-wracking or excessively expensive (for an unpaved parking next door you pay 30 euros per day). We're not doing this to ourselves again.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this place was far below acceptable standards. There was mold in the room, rust on fixtures, and holes in the walls. After the first night, I developed a rash on my back from the filthy bed. When I raised these issues with the hotel staff, it took a lot of arguing before they even offered us an alternative room. The new room they provided was damp, smelled strongly of mold, and was located right next to the pool—hardly an improvement.
After politely addressing these serious concerns, such as mold, dirt, and damage, through reasonable arguments, the hotel responded in a shockingly arrogant manner. They initially offered a measly 15% discount on a future stay, which was completely unacceptable given the appalling conditions we experienced. Only after several more rounds of back-and-forth did they finally offer to refund the first night, which is still significantly less than what is legally owed.
This hotel does not meet even the most basic standards one would expect. It’s truly disappointing because other locations in this chain are quite good. But this particular hotel is a complete catastrophe with terrible customer service.
Bottom line: I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else!

Very good location in Ibiza Town. Close to the airport (15 mins) port (20 mins walk) Quiet yet near everything. 5min walk to beach with many bars/restaurants, walk up between these to shops etc. There is a store (Spar) right by the hotel. There are 2 Vibra hotels next to each other, you go from one a few steps, to the other for breakfast. The pool/bar area isn't massive but is pleasant, snacks are available until 6pm. Our room was top (3rd) floor, sea view, on the front. Good size, 2 single beds, good size bathroom with tub and shower over, (with hairdryer) plus kitchen area ....double hob, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc (toaster & kettle) we didn't use the kitchen apart from making hot drinks but it seemed well enough equipped. Breakfast is from 8 - 11am. Good choice, usual buffet style. Staff are pleasant and helpful, there is a luggage store if you need it. This is possibly not the best choice for families with children, or for people who like to spend their time relaxing by the pool, but if you're looking for a good base from which to explore, this is perfect.

Booked for a 1-night stay for our last day trip in Ibiza. This was our 2nd option after we search many hotels. the first hotel was booked out.
Wifi is good , location is perfect, sea view is amazing. but that's it.
When we arrived, we need to wait for a bit of time to talk to the reception, because the one we talked to at the beginning apparently just helping at the receiption and doesn't speak English, and it is so hot to wait at reception during the hot afternoon.
Secondly, they only allow us to check in at 2 pm precisely that we have to wait at the pool again under super hot weather for a few hours until the room is ready.
They gave us the first room, and we are so tired and just wanted to rest, but the air-condition keep itself turning off every 1 minute. in the end, we have to go downstairs to the reception to talk to them until they get the technician up to our room to Check. By the way, there is no instruction on the phone in the room on how to call reception, so we have to keep up and down.
The technician is the only helpful one, that after he waited and checked, confirmed that the air-conditioning is turning off itself every min, he went down to tell reception to change us the room right away. And during our up and down to the reception, the funny thing is even the cleaning lady outside on the corridor was telling us that room (room 308) always has the same air conditioning issue, and the hotel staff still check us into the room.
finally the reception called us to change to the new room , but they want us to go down again to get the new room key instead of come up to give us the key, which is not good service at all.
the second room was good 3with air conditioning, but the bedsheet and pillow are full of dirt and smell, and I don't even think the hotel clean things properly.
The only thing that amazed me is the Seaview which we chose, and the location is just perfect next to the bay. but with the price we paid, for sure next time, we will check for a proper Hotel.
Also, little tips, if you choose the Seaview room, it is right next to the pool, which is super loud music and noise with people shouting. suggest choose a higher level and garden view a bit behind.

Booked direct, very straightforward. Early morning flight, welcomed even though check in is from 2pm offered a place to change and leave out bags until our room was ready, use of pool and bar. Booked a twin apt with sea view and it was worth the etc, the views are stunning- breakfast 8-11am, great shop next door (sells everything you may need), restaurants, bars and beach within 5 minutes walk, (right out of hotel) Ibiza town/harbour 10 minute walk to the left from hotel for castle, shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, ferry to Formentera. Beautiful views of the coastline and little coves along the way. We loved it and will definitely return, highly recommend Vibra Panoramic. We had a studio room on third floor with a spectacular sea view. Room was cleaned daily and while a bit worn in places, it was perfectly comfortable, kitchenette was well equipped and everything worked. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We only had the buffet breakfast once but it had a great selection and is good value. The pool area is nice and plenty of sun loungers available but very loud music from 11am to 7pm. We stayed here in mid October as the clubbing scene was winding down. It was noisy (music and banging doors) a few of the nights and ear plugs were definitely needed so I would say unless you’re there to party, avoid staying mid-summer. Location is great for both the beach and the old town.
