The lively atmosphere of Hotel Vibra Maritimo, complemented by good music and a friendly staff, has garnered appreciation from guests, though some have expressed a desire for more updated room decor. While opinions on the rooms vary, with cleanliness and views receiving accolades and maintenance a point of concern, the hotel's prime location near Ibiza town and the beach is a highlight for many travelers. The professional service of the staff earns high marks, as does the overall cleanliness. However, guests have called out the need for more in-room amenities and have mixed feelings about the value for money.

We stayed in this hotel with an excellent location for visiting the city, nice rooms, not too big, good cleanliness, breakfast that could be improved. Ionut, the guy at the reception, is a very kind person, he helped us throughout our stay with advice and great kindness, a professional person. He gave us a lot of good informations about what we should visit. Yes i will stay again in this hotel!

Highly recommended hotel to spend your holidays in Ibiza. The room with sea views is spacious, renovated and the terrace is spacious. We loved the buffet breakfast, it is of very good quality and very varied. The plus is that you can have breakfast facing the sea since the restaurant below belongs to the hotel and leaves half of its terrace for breakfast on the seafront.
As a suggestion for improvement, I would change the juice machine since they are too artificial and sugary and I would incorporate another one of better quality or directly better quality juice jugs next to the milk jugs. And another improvement that could be made would be to include a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks and food cold that we later take to the beach.
The location is also another plus of this hotel since you can easily walk to the port and the old town of Ibiza in less than 20 minutes or order a taxi and for about 6 euros you are there. These two options are better than moving the car if you have managed to park it on the hotel street since it is usually full.
Finally, I want to thank the person at the reception, Miska, for her kindness, professionalism and empathy in helping us with a problem we had when arriving at the hotel with our reservation. He cared about us and looked for the best solution with the approval of the director of the Curro complex, whom I also want to thank for his good work. Miska, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much and we hope to see you again on your next vacation to the island.
All the best.

There are some good things about this hotel, but also some not so good things.
The location is excellent, right on the sea front and also easy access by foot to Ibiza town. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were nice. If you have a later flight there is a shower room available to freshen up before leaving, this is a real bonus.
The room was a bit dated. One of the mattresses was a bit saggy. The walls are really thin, you can clearly hear conversations, and more. My balcony looked straight onto some public steps, with the security bars it felt like being on a zoo as people passed ( see pic) I could only see the sea if I stood up .
The breakfast buffet was good , although a bit disorganised, the staff clear dishes away really quickly which resulted in 2 mornings of me returning to my table after getting more food to find others had occupied it think it was vacant. Also one morning the ran out of spoons, another they ran out of knives.it took awhile on both days to get them replenished.

The zero star option is not available, as they do not deserve more.

I really don't know where to start
Whether for the attention at the reception, for the maintenance staff, or for the breakfast buffet.

There is definitely no sense of customer service, the person at the reception (Fran), quite despotic and with an attitude of contempt.
They don't have rooms for couples, all of them offer separate beds and join them together, but if you go near your partner the beds slide, one of them sounded louder than the bed in a cheap hostel, and when asking to change rooms there were only bad gestures from Mr. Fran.

When they changed our room they gave us one with electricity failures that seemed like a short circuit, the air conditioning doesn't work very well, and they don't even have a minibar.

The breakfasts are varied but the flavors are not very good on the palate, the eggs swimming in oil, the hash brown like sponges of fat, the sausages and bacon seem like flour.

The housekeeping person entered the room without warning and that was an abrupt invasion of privacy, then when we left, upon returning we saw the room tidy, but we realized that they do not change the sheets, because they had the marks that we had accidentally made. last night.

It's disappointing, I will never return and I don't recommend it at all.

Choose very well where you are going to spend your vacation. This place is the worst!

It’s located in less busy area which we liked it (we came during low season thus it might be different during peak season) but it’s within walking distance to everything you need. The room and common areas are clean, we’re lucky to get the partially beach view room. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Juan Pedro. Electric kettle was not been provided in the room however it can be provided on request. Breakfast selections were good.

Dear Rehan, thank you for the beautiful words that you used to describe Vibra Maritimo hotel and its staff. It is a pleasure to know that you had a great stay at our property in the heart of Figueretas. The hotel is located haalf way between the city center , is the place to be if you don't want to miss anything from Ibiza experience. Should you decide to visit us again, remember that our booking department is always available to assist you. Best Regards The Management

Hotel well located but does not meet the requirements it promises.
Extremely small rooms, tiny bathrooms and dirty balconies.
It says it is suitable for vegans or vegetarians but it is not true. I've been staying since July 31st and since that day the vegan/vegetarian option I've found has been lettuce, tomato, side salads, canned fruit and little in season. Last Sunday and Monday the option I found for dinner was pasta with Pesto, meaning fusilli with Pesto seasoning (curiously the same as on Sunday). Yesterday I limited myself to eating chickpeas (as a side dish and canned) with fruit.

I would like to point out that I booked half board and although I have already made two complaints to the hotel reception I still have no choice. There is no soy yogurt for example, the fruit is mostly canned. The natural one is rotten. Yesterday I handed the manager three completely rotten bananas and was told there were no more. There are no healthy options as all the juices are sugary. Yogurts (with lactose) are not light.
The dissatisfaction of other guests who are not vegans/vegetarians is clear and they find the same offer every day.
On the other hand, the staff is attentive and tries to do the best they can.

If I had chosen a flexible rate when booking, I would have certainly canceled my stay.

They promise a service and don't deliver!
Very dissatisfied!

Stayed for weekend in October, there was no tea/coffee making facilities or water in the room, the bathroom, the shower head and radiator were both rusty. There was peeling paint on the ceiling .The grout and tiles were dirty and the bin that was provided for the toilet tissue was dirty, The floor in the bathroom in each of the corners were dirty. The quilts that were in the bedroom didn’t have covers on which that is unhygienic to me. The cooked breakfast on the first morning was lovely and hot the second morning it was cold , which left me with a upset stomach. The staff were lovely, couldn’t fault them

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We will pay special attention to the issues regarding the room and the breakfast so we can fix them and improve the service that we offer. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. The experience has been so bad that honestly, I don't know where to start. The rooms are quite mediocre for the price you pay. They could already have a refrigerator or a simple hanger on the balcony to dry clothes or even a towel. I am tall and to shower I had to bend down. Without saying anything about the "bathtub" which I think was for bathing a baby because it was so small. The breakfast and dinner buffet was quite mediocre and even somewhat shabby I would say. Even at breakfast they don't give you a measly plate for your cup. I no longer want to comment that there was only one waiter and I'm still waiting for a table, thank goodness I had to set it up myself. The dining room staff should be taught not to drag tables and chairs since those of us staying on them are very annoying, even for those who are dining. Well, who is going to show them if the little boss who I think was there for 10 minutes was busy with his cell phone and didn't even deign to say good afternoon. How sad. Everything very unprofessional. Even the clothing of the staff, each one dressed differently. But hey, it's not their fault if there is no one to instruct them. The staff should also be taught that they do not have to use the same bathroom as the clients. And even less eating at the bar with the cook when the dinner service is open. It is not correct or professional. Esq everything is crazy. During dinner some plates fell to the floor. You can pass. An accident. But the ones that didn't break...don't put them back on the buffet!!!! Logical.
I hope you take note because I have nothing against you, but I would like to at least be reassured that the price we paid and the time I spent choosing them is consistent. But this in general is a mirror of what we find today in the world of hospitality: little professionalism, little attitude and a lot of ignorance.

The hotel has a great location. There was delicious breakfast. But especially one must praise the employee Miska from the recession!!! She gave us great tips, and when we had to change a room as a friend had to travel with crutches, she immediately organized us a new room and all this at no additional fee. Super thank you Miska

Sea views and nothing more. Simple hotel. Cold room, poorly decorated, small window. Nice balcony. Somewhat far from the port and the center and its shops. Poor breakfast and dinner in a cold dining room. The closed pool in a basement does not invite you to use it.
