very old-fashioned, but not in good way. Needs to be renovated badly! Rooms are clean, but not very nice. Paint has fallen off the walls, looks like noone havent done there anything atleas 15 years. No toiletries in the room, no slippers (can be bought in reception for 5 eur/pair), robes don't look good, very old and used a lot!...

Everything was very satisfied. The lovely lady at the reception desk was so very polite and helpful. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer and I suppose during the summer time the stay would be even better.

I have stayed in this hotel several times on prearranged business travels. The rooms are clean and the location is great. However, if I could have booked myself, I would not have chosen Hotel Rüütli. I always perceived the atmosphere in the hotel as cold and unwelcoming. It might be the dark entrance hall, the long uninspired hallways, or the...

Really enjoyed weekend here with my family. Rooms were nice, not too many people in the pool and spa area so you can relax in peace. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Also thumbs up for the spa treatment people!

Location of hotel is perfect. There are sea and old castle near the hotel. Not far from Kuressaare old city. Good swiming pool, and children swiming pool and water slide. Water and air is warm. There is only one sauna( Finnish) Food is simple, but taste. Night was noisy, because my neighbours had a party and walls was very thin.

This hotel needs a renovation! To be honest, our hopes were not high for our visit, but what we experienced was much worse. Be ready to rent a robe, ours were tattered and with holes. Waterpark is boring, nothing to do there much. Saunas are seperately (if you are thinking to go as a couple). My masseur was an old...

What i can say... Great surprise ! We spent fantastic time in this hotel with children in double family room. I was in many Kuressaare hotels: Georg Otsa Spa, Meri Hotell, Grand Rose Spa and many others. I must say that this SPA Hotel is the Best when you stay with children ! Good service, tasty, NATURAL and different breakfast...

I went there with my husband for a nice weekend, but honestly the only good thing about the vacation was having each other! The room had seen better days, some things were really-really dirty, for example the buttons of the TV. Oh, and the "canal" button had "c" removed which made us laugh a little bit :D The mirror also...

Hotel value for money is in balance. Food and rooms are average but also pretty cheap, so good deal. Treatments in the spa tough are very good and worth the money. Would recommend "the magical mud" if you like mud treatments. Hotel has swimming pool, small but sufficient gym, children area etc. Personnel communication skills/friendliness could slightly be improved. No...

“Make sure you define what you want from a room. The cheapest ones do no have a minibar and water kettle, but then again that's why they are cheap ;-) If you want more than the basics, just go for the larger suites and you are set.”
