      Hi yes there is a locker room for luggage and you can book a room to shower in and also use your wrist bands for lunch/ dinner..

      You should be able to use your wristband until your departure time. There is a luggage room that is kept locked and the keys are left with reception staff. I am almost sure there is a shower facility but not having used it... More
