When we arrived, they told us that all the room were occupied and they didn't read our order for 2 nights which we booked on traveloka.com 2 weeks prior. So they switched our room to the other nearest home stay, the only available home stay were so bad comparing to theirs. But they managed to make us stay for 1...

Stayed in a newer bungalow at rear of property. Recommended for backpackers on a budget if you can tolerate the cons. Don't stay here in Ramadan. Pros: Location (close to the action but not too close to hear the thumping base). For the price and space, this is a good option if you want a pool. Tvs provided in room...

We were taken to this place by a man as soon as we stepped off the boat as he was promising us a 3 person room with air con for 300k. Upon arriving here, we were told that there in fact weren't any 300k rooms available, only a 350k one, which wasn't ideal for us as we are trying to...

My boyfriend found this place by searching around the island for somewhere to stay when we arrived in Gili T. I was a little wary about staying here because of the negative reviews online but since most said it was dirty and it didn't seem dirty from looking around we decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad we...

Sasak has been completely changed with new buildings being added and new staff. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are great they show you were to go and get everyone singing before we went out. The pool and the rooms are clean and the location is 5 mins from the main road. Whenever I come back to gili...

I booked in advance, dormroom was closed (all the dorms at Gili T were closed at the moment). I could stay in a private room for the same price as a bed in the dormroom. Because they couldn't give my money back I decided to stay. Sheets were dirty (hair in it) when I arrived. Because I asked, they changed...

Horroble..The Toilet is so dirty. I don't want to go there again. I dont't think that this is cheap hotel. Most of hotels in Gili Trawangan are very ekspensive because of their location. It's ekspensive to build a good hotel

Our mattress was infested with them! So many! The most disgusting thing ever. And the trouble you have to go through to make sure they are not in your clothes and bags is just massive, expensive and time consuming. Yes the place has a pool - extremely dirty pool! If you put on your googles and go underwater that pool...

Stayed in Bungalow no1 for one night in Bale Sasak in February 2014. We were asked to pay in advance (fyi this is VERY uncommon on Gili Trawangan, do not accept) and they even wanted us to pay 3 nights in advance (our original plan was to stay 3 nights). The staff was very strange. Upon checking in, we were...

Ripped off in 10 minutes! We arrived at Gili Trevongen and immediately met a young man who promised us the essentials we were looking for (hot shower, air con and a clean room/bed.) After we gave the room a quick inspection we were informed that we would have to pay the full amount for a nights stay up front. As...
