My new husband and I went here for the first two days of our honeymoon and it was amazing. We ate every meal we could on our private porch in our tenthouse suite (Number 56 was the perfect tent). The food was delicious, the room service was great. We didn't want to leave. The bath is to die for and...

Went for a wedding, the hotel is very expesive for what u get, perhaps the cottages or tents ar better. We had no room cleaning on day two which would have been nice, at $400 a night. My deposit was lost which was quite a financial shock. Shop around!!!

Overall good experience. There were a few lights that needed to be replaced in our tenthouse, which we let staff know about on two occasions but they were never replaced during our two night stay. My fiancé forgot his toothbrush and the charge for a personal kit is $1.75 ...for the cost per night, I think rockwater can afford to...

We recently spent a couple of pleasant days at Rockwater, staying in one of the single cabins. Rockwater is on stunning, well-maintained grounds, with lots of room to explore the shore or sit gazing out to sea. The staff was all great. The small cabins are obviously old, but have been refurbished, allowing for a tight but adequate bathroom with...

We loved the tent house suite. From the moment we got in, it was clean and cool and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect to sit out on and have a coffee during the day. Hearing the ocean at night was awesome. I really enjoyed the pool, it wasn't very busy and we got a chair each day....

The resort is beautiful but it is trying to cater to too many different audiences. On one hand, you have loved up couples, and on the other, young families and yappy dogs. The staff was often inattentive, especially in the restaurant and front desk. Restaurant food was quite good, especially breakfast, but again, the wait staff were often disorganized. The...

We stayed in a lodge room and the website certainly oversold the rooms. Don't get me wrong, our rooms was ok and good value for the money; however, not quite the 3-star they were projected on the wite. The mattresses and duvets were great but the rest of the furniture was dated. Bar service on the deck was slow when...

We recently stayed at this wonderful jewel in Halfmoon Bay. The staff were amazing and the service was top notch. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the restaurant. It was fine dining served with casual West Coast style. We stayed in one of the oceanfront rooms. It had a balcony and a great view of the bay. Our only comment...

Aboslutely loved Rockwater Secret Cove. We stayed in #58 tent...and our view was stunning....we were literally "on the water." It is VERY sunny there....so if you would like more shade...pick a tent a bit back. The tents are the way to go if you can afford it. Service was lovely....and the food was TERRIFIC. Kudos to the chef....we were going...
