Great place to stay, near a lot of turistic places, beautiful beach, and best of all the employee, very kind and pay a lot of attention to every detail, the Xabores cyber café was an excelent place to the breakfast, Tommy is a great guy
Stayed over the weekend of Feb. 4th. As before, we were not dissapointed with the excellent service of its staff. In particular, we appreciate Jaime Seda at the front desk who was always attentive, professional and going the extra mile. We also enjoyed the great location, local gastronomy with fresh fish, and gorgeous beaches and scenery. Will return soon.
Have to be careful with these people here in Combarte Beach Resort. They are slick as hell. We had reserved and paid for a reservation back in December of 2021 for April 12, 2022 to April 15, 2022. We didn't noticed when we signed that they had changed the dates to the 14th of April. Bunch of thieves
Location, hospitality, sangria, sunshine, and fabulous beaches. Combate is just steps from white beaches, wonderful walk up restaurants, and even delicious sangria and restaurant for when you want to stay close. We have been 4 times. The location is simply the best!
Let me start this by saying that this hotel wasn’t in out itinerary. We had booked an Airbnb in rincón and after 2 hours in the room we left and booked a room at the combate beach resort without doing any research or knowing if it was going to be worse than the Airbnb. We arrived and we were created by the nicest front desk staff we had ever encounter, that was the moment we realized that we made the right decision to come to this hotel. Our room was super neat and clean, very spacious and most important there were no bugs in it unlike the one at the Airbnb Casa Florencia. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly including Tommy and Claudia at the restaurant. The hotel has great breakfast restaurant just a few step from the lobby, very conveniently. Cabo Rojo is just very beautiful and the combate beach is just a few step away from the hotel. We recommend visiting the Boqueron village and the Buye beach.…
Best stay ever… The treatment was excellent, specially by server TOMY at the restaurant … He is the Best. All the facilities are e great, and the location is perfect for everything… Recommend to everyone… A+++++++++
Great place to stay! Friendly people, who were happy to share information on local beaches, restaurants, etc. The hotel restaurant offers a great breakfast. Beach chairs and bikes are available for rental. And the adjacent beach is just gorgeous.
Worst experience ever due to their own “restaurant.” Absolutely no customer service skills, training children to do the job while on duty, “espresso” is pre-packaged pods, and if you try to get a refund for disgusting service, it becomes a national security matter where everyone and their mother shows up to discuss and deny. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.
We had breakfast this morning at their in-house restaurant Xabores. It was excellent. You do not need to be a guest in the hotel. Very complete breakfast menu. We got great service from Tommie, very customer-focused. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
We stayed in room 6 which has two queen size beds, a small refrig, but no kitchen. None of the rooms with kitchen were available for our stay. The room was large and had plenty of storage areas. The beds were perfectly comfortable, there was a little table with two chairs, and black out curtains. The hotel lobby and breakfast cafe were clean and attractive. The breakfast service was good. They had special pumpkin pancakes during Christmas season which were totally yummy. The hotel has a pool which was regulated during Covid so that it wouldn't be crowded. Great touch! Cleaning staff kept the area clean regularly from sand. There is a short path to the beach with a locked gate so non-guests can't enter. The beach itself is the best we visited in Puerto Rico, calm water, lots of space. We missed having a kitchen because very few restaurants were open during Christmas week and it was hard to get dinner. Overall our stay at El Combate was awesome.…
