This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, the infinite pool is awesome and the ocean view is incredible, that's pretty much all the good. The hotel itself is just horrible, the lady at the front desk at night when we arrived treated us as unwelcome. The food at the restaurant is expensive for...

Some say that some good can excuse the bad, but never have I had such a bad stay at a hotel. Before I begin, you must always keep in mind that what we paid for, is the same price we paid to stay at a Hyatt the same week. The story starts with attempting to check-in. They have a strict...

It has an amazing view. The hotel personel was polite an willing to please. The food was great I had the flank steak my first day. The rooms well they need an update. Location is great, it's in between the town of Lajas (La Parguera) and Mayagüez. Don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel, because it's quite rustic. But...

We were greeted by the Hotel's receptionist, she was very rude to us, she made us feel un welcome. The Hotel needs repairs and cleaning. We didn't enjoyed ourselves at all. Not going back!!!!!! You have to walk to the beach, it has an ocean view but you can't bathe in there, it is a coast not a nice beach....

We went on two occasions. The first time, last year, the best thing was the food, but we had a power outage at night, no air-conditioning for a while. The rooms are very simple, like a motel, but seems clean. During the morning the children wanted to use the pool but were cleaning with chemicals, rather than at night as...

Our experience at this hotel was less than expected. We were charged 170 dollars per night and were asked to pay 40 dollars plus tax for a late check out which we found extremely high. The room was clean but very very outdated. The pool is beautiful but is not well maintained and had fungi in the inside walls. You...

It is a small hotel, some rooms are outdated, but the surrounds are very peaceful. You'll need a car to get there. The hotel is located about 10 minutes far from Combate, 15 minutes from Boqueron Poblado, and 20 minutes from Joyuda (these places have great nightlife and fun). The view around the hotel is amazing, especially at night when...

Hotel has very beautiful exteriors (garden and pool); however the rooms are a different experience, they need an urgent revamping.... The hotel beach can't be used for anything unless you want to get caught in "quicksand". Thank God that the hotel is near of the beautiful beach "Playuela" near the lighthouse. I arrived at 2:00PM, although the room was ready,...
