We spent February half term here, with our two young sons. It's a wonderful hotel, set within stunning gardens. The hotel caters excellently for families, as well as, couples. The two pools are great, one being the 'active' family pool and the other, the designated 'quiet' pool. Such a good idea! There were always plenty of sun beds for everyone...

This is our 4th visit to the hotel and we have already booked again for next year. We stay for three weeks from approx mid feb to mid March. To date the weather has been very...

This is a beautiful hotel with a really relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room inside and out for a chilled experience. The rooms were lovely and huge. We had a balcony which was spacious and got the evening sun. Staff seemed friendly and attentive and the location is perfect, just minutes from the shops and seafront. The only negative was...

I took my mother here just before Xmas 2016. The weather was wonderful. Hotel was very clean and planted like a garden. My mum was delighted with it. She was recovering from a double knee replacement so we had a ground floor twin room in a block not too far from the pool. There were mostly retired people on holiday...

This is a very impressive hotel. It a bit like a fusion of a rain forest and a hotel. Huge impressive reception, bar, restaurant area. 2 very nice pool areas. An interesting archeological trail which is worth following. Nice spa. The room we had was third floor with view over a pool area, very happy with the room, the noise...

Even so it's a big hotel, I doesn't feel like that. The hotel is split up in several building in a nice Canarian style. Excellent kitchen, very nice staff. Infrastructure it's very good. The harbor nearby is very scenic and in a short walking distance. A very good spot to relax. For sports lovers an improvement point: the gym could...

Went here on a winter break to get some sunshine and were not diappointed. This is a beautiful hotel in its own grounds and gardens on the edge of a beautiful old port..There is a supermarket on the doorstep and a lovely traffic free walk into town past a plethora of bars and restaurants. The prom and port area are...

This was our 6th visit to our favourite spot in the Canaries, but our first time flying from Belfast where we have recently moved to. As always we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also delighted with our welcome gifts and recommend joining the Cordial Clubcard scheme. It's free and allows 10% off all the drinks...
