We brought a friend here where she booked for the night. The staff was not welcoming, they were not warm. There was no person by the door . We checked the room, has 2 single beds, which seem to have only a light foam mattress. The hallways smelled like cigarettes all over. There is a bus stop nearby, but I...

The room we got didn't really smell of smoke .. we got rooms on the 6th floor. I emailed them requesting for 3 rooms without bathtub since im travelling with senior citizens and they gave me a non bathtub room and rooms next to each other. The hotel was far from the casinos and shopping areas but it was in...

The entire room and furnishings stunk of smoke, I sprayed perfume on the pillows before we slept on them. In the middle of the night we woke to someone forcing a door open. From what I could see through the door'a peephole, it was maybe a police raid of one of the rooms - so scary! I thought all of...

Spent only two nights on this hotel, because there was the only possibility on that area of the town. As I have rented a car, the challenge started to find the "parking" of it. Macau itself is already very tricky to park a car. So if you plan to stay in this hotel, be sure they explain to you "very...

Pros: Hotel lobby is beautiful, friendly staff, extra sheets for bed, extra pillows, freebies, comes with a fridge. Cons: Wifi is at the lobby only, bed is not comfy, very hard to find with the bus, kind of far from stores like 7-eleven, room still smells like cigarette.

Many Macau public buses have the area of this hotel in their route so a stay in this old but still elegant hotel may be convenient and rather economical. The distance from city center is a bit off-putting however, especially if one has to navigate the rush hour traffic or if one returns late at night. The rooms are a...

Victoria Hotel is an old hotel with dark rooms. It does not have any WIFI in the room and the hotel staff were not that helpful. The location of the hotel is quite not that accessible although there were bus stops near the hotel. The room rate was okay however, the hotel really needs a makeover.

It seems like this time we were too much greedy. Yes, the hotel has attractive prices, but… The building is old and smoked-up throughout. There are even doors between different rooms. They are locked but have a great audibility. Rooms are dark and very small. I said rooms – I do not remember the reason but we had two nights...

I was in visa hell in Macau. All sorts of things had gone wrong. The visa wasn't granted and i couldn't get back into the mainland. One of the people working at this hotel actually said she would go and get my stuff from my other hotel. that particular person was the angel of unknown angels on what turned out...

Don't be fooled the the awesome pictures of this hotel. When we got here, we found that all the rooms smelled like mildew and there were stains on a lot of the walls. The hotel says it has free wi-fi but said it was not working when we stayed. I would not go here again.
