I was a bit surprised to see the #1 hotel in Macao only costs 60€ per night. But the reviews are true: this is a great hotel, with helpful, Englsh-speaking staff and very good rooms. The breaksfast was also good, and so was the food from the educational restaurant. The only slight downside was the location - hard to reach...

What a wonderful place to stay in poluted and frentic Macau! The staff (students!) are down to earth and do their best to make your stay an unforgetable one. Rooms are very good, and comes with your own personnal computer - where else can you get this? Breakfast is simple, but of very good quality and included in the room...

This hotel deserves to be number 1! We love the fact that it is run by tourism students, because they are super professional and super attentive to every detail -- while we're also happy to contribute to their education by staying there! Special praise to: 1) the outstanding service; 2) the cozy reception with welcome drink and classical music; 3)...

After 3 nights stay @ mong-ha I must say it's the best stay hotel in macau. pros: 1、hotel only has 20+ rooms, locate @ mong-ha hill so it's very very quiet for a sleep; 2、breakfast is simply but enough,food、juice...everything is fresh, fruit jam is a must try; 3、walking distance to three lamps、red market、canidrome,a bus stop @ foot of hill it's easy to...

I'm writing from the free internet connected computer in the room at the Pousada de Mong Ha.. I booked a duluxe, which includes an ante-room with a Portugese style desk and computer. It is so quiet that I was able to open the door to the balcony and sleep in the "fresh" air. (In quotes because the air is quite...

Having originally planned to stay in one of the larger casino based hotels we read the reviews on tripadvisor and decided to stay here instead, that decision ensured a great holiday in Macau. There is always a danger when following advice from others that you may be disappointed, but that was not the case here, everything exceeded our expectations. On...

I was little concerned when I first booked this place because it was somewhat away from the center of town but I was so glad I have stayed there. It was just perfect for me and my wife. It was located on the hill owned(?) run by Macau government's Tourism Office and the most of the staff members are students...

Its number "ONE" for a specific reason....and I decided to see for myself after reading so many good things about the place...here are my thoughts Location: around 10-15 minutes by car from the Macau Ferry Terminal, on top of a hill, northern region. There is no shuttle bus services provided. Taxi to location around 25-30 MOP (extra charge if you...

This must be the best value for your money in all of Macau. It is located on one of the few hilltops in Macau. This hotel is run by the local tourist association and they stress the service they provide. I needed to check out before 4 AM to make the Hong Kong ferry. The receptionist showed up quickly. When...
