I was at the Wynn for a conference. The pros-- Huge bedroom and bathroom--more than I need in a hotel. Comfortable bed, lots of seating choices, good a/c, large shower and tub, coffee/tea making in room, newspaper each morning. Helpful bellmen and concierge although sometimes bad information and they don't go the extra mile you expect when paying for a...

We booked the one bedroom suite in the Wynn Club on the weekend of July 14th, 2007, for my husband's 30th Birthday. On arrival we were dropped off promptly at Club reception and although check-in was slow, it was without incident. It wasn't until we reached our room however, that we realised that no one at reception had told us...

I stayed at the Wynn Macau a few days after it opened in Sept 2006. They were still working out some kinks service wise, but the property was very similar (just smaller) to their Vegas property. At the time, they had the only 5 stars rooms in town. Now Starworld has opened as well as Crowne Macau. Starworld is right...

This is a must stay resort. Huge room plus more luxurious. With the price we paid it worths every dollar. Front desk services need improvement because they are not very helpful. Overall, this is one of the BEST hotel all of us should try it.

There is no comparison to Wynn Macau, not even Wynn Las Vegas! A giant leap over any existing gaming property in Macau and a giant leap over the two other new properties, StarWorld and Grand Lisboa. Wynn "gets" customer service and elegance. The Red 8 Noodle bar & restaurant is one of my two faves. The other is "il Teatro",...

Stayed at the grand deluxe room at Wynn with my family during Easter holiday. Hotel was fully booked. Everyday, hundreds or thousands of tourists swarm into the lobby to go to the casino. The hotel seemed understaffed. You need to follow up two times and more before your requests are met, which is unexpected for a five star hotel. The...

In early April my wife and I stayed at Wynn Macau. Our room was fabulous, and it was absolutely in the same class as rooms in the high-end hotels in Vegas. I've seen the various negative comments on service in other reviews. While service is not yet up to the level of 5-star hotels in Hong Kong (for example), I...

The Wynn Macau is way over priced, it’s certainly a little of Las Vegas in Macau, same high by Vegas prices, same over-the-top architecture and exuberance. This is not a Caucasian hotel it’s tailored for the mainland traffic it’s not a restful or playful experience. No choice of red or white wine in Tryst Bar and the $10USD glass is...

We were told that Wynn is the place to stay in Macau. We were booked for a 3 night stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished and room amenities great! The service and hospitality level is however, un-befitting of a 5-star standard and poor vallue for its hotel rates. After several boo-boos, I asked to speak to their Front Office Manager...

Wynn replicated its successful Las Vegas formula for Macao. Though the complex is smaller than in Las Vegas, food quatlity and room decor are just as great. One gripe is the service at the gym, twice I went to the gym, the staff entered the fitness room and essentially watched me throughout my workout. Staff watched me for a few...
