A bit away from the main strips but thats what i prefer. The room is immaculate and the service staff very friendly. I wish hotels offered this type of service back in Canada. Overall 9/10 stay and will stay again.

We wanted a quick getaway and the big casino hotels hold no appeal for us. Besides, we are Accor fans and this property and staff keep up the high standard! It is kind of an old, tired building on the outside but, wow, it has been modernised and maintained so very nicely inside. One of the nicest executive lounges we've...

Sofitel at Ponte 16 is an easy walk into the 'old town' and everything it has to offer. There is a shuttle bus from the Macau ferry terminal direct to the hotel and return. We stayed on the club level and I can't speak highly enough of the level of customer service. After receiving a telephone call from Australia at...

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Sofitel Macau. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to the executive floor with access to the executive lounge on the 17th floor for AUD$120.00 extra. This included cocktails and nibblies for 2 hours and breakfast for 2. Well worth the extra $$$$ Our room had a great view. There is...

This hotel is looking a little worn but it is still very beautiful. The lobby is gorgeous! You can tell however that the furniture should be replaced. I was also surprised by how uninteresting the casino looked - I was expecting something grand like Las Vegas casinos, definitely not the case. It's just a giant room with lots of tables....

From the Pier to hotel took 20-30mins and we arrived around 12.30pm which is understandable we couldn't...
