Stayed here as we had a family occasion. Beautiful hotel and lovely and clean. Staff were friendly. Didn't get a chance to walk about the gardens for a better look. An excuse to go back... The only thing there was a section in the swimming pool that we couldn't go into as we

Review collected in partnership with this hotel
A group of friends (6 of us) travelled to Fota for a catch-up weekend. We stayed in the Fuscia Lodges which are newly built, detached and separate to the normal lodges on the left hand side as you drive up towards the hotel. These are closer to the hotel, (a 3 minute walk) and

As return customers with a party of 10 (family) we had a fantastic time at Fota. From arrival to the rooms everything was perfect. Great spa facilities and the hotel really catered for all ages. The restaurant was really good and the attention to detail was faultless.

Stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday night. We had to move room on arrival as next door had a party. Moved to second floor and awoken each morning by children using the corridor as a running track. Breakfast: buffet and not what you would expect from a 4 not to mind 5*, greasy

Would just plan the time out some first. Not a ton to do on premises with the little ones but the wildlife park is right next door and they have a heated swimming pool as well. The town next door is Midleton and very small quaint village. Suggest some trips into Cork and maybe across to Cobh as well..they have some touristy stuff there. Perhaps a train ride to Dublin as well. Imagine the Christmas event is great.
