Location is perfect. Very close to bus and rail links and easy to find. The room we had, one of eight, was extremely comfortable, quiet, very clean & well serviced. Parking is off road in front of this secluded guest house. The welcome we got from our hosts, Pauline & Andy, was fabulous. The breakfast is generous, delicious and eaten in...

Just wanted to thank you for your wonderful hospitality, excellent accommodation with an superb breakfast included. We were an extended family of seven and were all happy. Excellent location with great parking and appreciated your recommendation of an evening meal at the nearby Italian restaurant which was very special. Many thanks.

During our stay we found this to be a very spotless tidy and welcoming break for us. This is definatetly the top of the range B and B. We received great hospitality from Andy on arrival and during breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious with all facilities with modern decor. The bed was so comfy and...

Went to Kenmore Guest House for a weekend when visiting friends. We had a double ensuite room at the front of the house on 1st floor. It was exceptionally clean, very light and airy with the usual amenities including a fridge, which is a bonus. The hosts are friendly and informative of the area. Breakfast was good with the usual...

Nice people; quite comfy surroundings; tasty food; well situated; pleasant staff; spacious bathroom. We went for two short stays, one in July, and the other in August. I would go back again if I needed to stay somewhere.

Stayed there twice now. A small family-run seaside B&B hotel. The bedrooms are big and clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Location is quiet, tucked away in a corner but within the village and just a short walk to the beach. Convenient for visiting Arundel, Chichester, Brighton. Lovely place.

The owners were very friendly our room which was a family room was very big and nicely decorated. It was a bus ride to Brighton a bit long but you go round the coastline. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very good

Stayed for a couple of nights as a single traveller. The guest house is very clean but really is very outdated in decor and facilities. Really needs updating. My room (number 1) was advertised as a small single and small is an understatement- it's tiny! The bathroom (although private to the room) is down a flight of stairs, past the...

I'm very sorry you feel that your stay was less than you expected. However I would point out that all the rooms have been decorated within the last four years. The house itself was built in 1910 and we have tried to reflect that when decorating. Room size was explained to the company that booked and paid for you, as...
