We are a fantastic and scenic accommodation in Peachland situated right on the waterfront (400' of it!). We offer three beautifully appointed self-contained suites, with stunning Okanagan Lake views, built in 2013. All suites feature private en-suite bathrooms and fully appointed kitchenettes with air conditioning, electric fireplaces and heated bathroom floors. The common area has books, magazines, game and BBQ. Pineacre On The Lake offers a truly unique experience to ‘get away from it all’ but it is within a 5-20 minute reach of Penticton, Summerland, Westbank and Kelowna. We are in the heart of wine, lake and golf country and close to a wonderful variety of restaurants. At the bottom of our path/stairs are 400 feet of waterfront with a 90’ dock, raft and change cabin where you can snooze, read, relax, picnic, swim and sunbathe…..as well as use our kayaks and canoe at no charge.

What a fantastic place! I can’t say enough positive things about Pineacre! Such a beautiful setting and incredible value for a vacation on the lake! Our room was very clean and bright. We enjoyed all the amenities of the kitchenette, comfortable beds and rain shower that was in our suite! Stepping out the sliding door to the patio, we were treated to a magnificent elevated view of Okanagan Lake. We enjoyed spending time on the dock, jumping into weed-free water. There are kayaks, canoes and paddleboards that can be used by all of the guests. Scott and Allison were the best hosts you could ask for. A perfect place for a couple’s getaway, or a place to book with friends. On our last trip, we booked all three suites and had a mini reunion with two other families. So awesome! We recently stayed at Pine acres for 3 days nights during the World of Wheels event in Peach land. We stayed in the Osprey suite and couldn't believe the magical skies during sunrise and sunset. The views from the private patio are unobstructed of the mountains and Lake Okanagan. As a photographer, I have to say you can't get a better location to capture the beauty of the Okanagan.
The suite itself was very clean and spacious for 3 adults. It had had a full kitchenette. There was a built in TV, electric fireplace and A/C. The manager, Kayte, was very welcoming and gave us a quick tour. The private entrance was easily accessible and had a ramp for wheelchair, if required.
The owners, Alli and Scott Ziemer, responded promptly to our emails considering they live in Singapore! They emailed a very helpful package highlighting recommendations of activities, restaurants, wineries etc.
Scott's dad, Lorne, lives at Pine acres and was always available when needed. Although due to covid, breakfast wasn't included, it wasn't a problem. We brought some staple breakfast items. It helped to have a fridge and microwave. The beach and various restaurants are 5 or 6 minutes drive. A small shopping area is about 10 minutes away.
The location is very convenient, with Summerland a few minutes away and Kelowna a short drive too. The service at Pine Acres was excellent. They thought of everything. This was our first trip to the Okanagan and thanks to Pine Acres, it won't be the last.

Well, where should I start? This place is truly special with atmosphere and sceneries you won't forget once experienced. Tranquility !! I and my wife spent 7 nights and 8 amazing days ( mid August ) in this property , Osprey suite. The view to the lake Okanagan is priceless , suite had everything you need for a comfortable stay and enjoying any moment in it. BBQ with enough power and capacity available on common patio area. Impeccable cleanliness , everything available for beach time .. starting from towels and finishing with different options for kayaking - paddle boarding - canoeing ... private access to the beach , dock with chairs and umbrellas .. all this free of charge. I don't even want to start talking about the surrounding nature and friendly wildlife .. Just briefly , if you love Mother Nature do not think twice. It's a blessed area especially with birds. I personally like to take pictures of wildlife and nature (( hobby )) , so couldn't be more happier. Pictures are coming shortly when I finish my selection. This place will be included for sure in our favorite get away destinations and believe me the list is very short. Last but not least I want to thank Lorne, the host of the property. Incredible person very nice to talk with and always ready to help if necessary. Thank you again all of you involved for providing such a beautiful place for vacationing.

Three university friends were looking for the perfect location for a mini reunion, and we are so happy we chose Pineacre On the Lake. Our 3 families had this beautiful resort to ourselves. Not only are the 3 suites, separate, self contained, and private, not a detail was missed. We didn’t need for anything. There were plenty of towels and coffee. They had basics in the kitchen including butter, peanut butter, salt, sugar. They even had a welcome basket with wine in lieu of serving breakfast due to covid. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept soundly through the nights! The outdoor space was private enough that we had to walk over to see each other, but connected enough to easily enjoy breakfast and BBQ dinner together on the deck. We spent all our days on the dock. Scott and Alli supplied kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. The kids also enjoyed the water trampoline and swam off the dock. I can go on and on about how gracious the hosts and their 2 kids were, and how much I wished I could have stayed longer. We are a making this an annual event and really looking forward to doing this all over again! Thank you!

If you think the pictures look good, just wait until you see this wonderful B&B in person...it is truly amazing. The location is perfect for exploring wine country, as its in the centre of Lake Okanagan, and a short drive up to Kelowna or down to Oliver. The property is pristine, and obviously very well maintained, and it offers stunning views as well as a beautiful waterfront experience. The hosts, Rocky & Tanya, were so charming and knew exactly how to take an interest in their guests, but at the same time give them their privacy...not to mention the delicious gourmet breakfasts they served up each morning. Bottom line, this was one of the best B&B experiences we've ever had, and we'll definitely plan to return.

Once again Pineacre did not disappoint! The suite was clean and well appointed. We met Scott, the owner, and enjoyed hearing more about Pineacre and his commitment to making his guests’ experiences as wonderful as possible. The stairs/trail to the waterfront are well worth the exercise. The dock has comfortable chairs and umbrellas, a nice swim dock to lounge on and kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets to use if you want to explore beyond the dock. Looking forward to returning next year!

This beautiful accommodation is enhanced by Tanya and Rocky's warm hospitality. My daughter and I felt so comfortable and welcome. It was like staying with good friends but without any expectations or obligations! Our room (Hummingbird) was well appointed and very clean. We appreciated the COVID sanitization and the separation between units. Delicious.(and substantial) gourmet breakfasts were delivered with a smile to enjoy at our leisure plus the room is equipped with a coffee maker. We made good use of the covered patio, lake dock and kayaks. There is so much to explore nearby but we often preferred to read a good book and enjoy the surroundings. Next time we will stay longer - 3 nights was sufficient to rejuvenate and relax but left us wanting more. Thank you Tanya and Rocky for your generosity and kindness, Take good care.

Pineacre on the Lake is a very special place with a stunning view of lake Okanagan, beautifully appointed suites, warm hospitality and the most delicious breakfasts! There is a private beach with a dock and kayaks to use or you can swim in the crystal clear lake or just bask in the sun. This was my first visit there and I will definitely go back. I would highly recommend Pinacre On The Lake

We have been fortunate enough to stay in all of Rocky and Tanya's three suites, and each one has its own pros, but honestly not a single room has any cons. We would happily stay in which ever room was available! Our first trip was with friends of ours, and our most recent trip we were fortunate enough to spend our honeymoon there.
The Hummingbird suite has a lovely patio with a patio couch, which is marvellous for snuggling up on and reading. It also has a lovely view of their manicured rock garden.
The Osprey suite is lovely and spacious, with the largest patio table, great for playing games on in the evening!
The Eagle suit is very well appointed and provides a bit of extra luxury for those who are really looking to treat themselves. Our favourite was the two person soaker bath tub!
The food that Rocky and Tanya prepare is truly divine. They always include an absolutely lustrous fruit salad, and usually some sweets for after breakfast (cookies or chocolates). Rocky's famous scrambled eggs are famous for a reason, they are truly spectacular ... like I don't even know how he does it, scrambled eggs in our house are a mess, and his are like an art form!
We have never had anything but an exceptional time at Pineacre. Rocky and Tanya are extremely kind and welcoming and truly work to make your stay perfect.
The property location is stunning, and the dock down by the lake is the perfect place to go for a swim, or spend an evening sipping on some lovely Okanagan wines. We literally can not recommend this place highly enough!

This was our third stay at Pineacre On the Lake, and each stay gets longer. The hosts are great. The suite is beautiful with everything you will need. It’s a very peaceful place. A million dollar view from the patio and the dock at the lake is fantastic with lots of water sports equipment. We can’t wait to go back, we feel relaxed and happy when we are there. They have a different breakfast each day, but I can say it was fresh, hearty, and delicious. Regarding the wine tours, there were a lot of brochures there, but I think the best thing to do is contact Rocky, the owner directly. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and I believe he could answer your questions.
There are more places to choose from in the Peachland area.
