Le Tresor is a beautiful B&B, expertly run by Jules and John, in one of the prettiest and most picturesque areas in France. We first came across it whilst arranging our wedding in the area and we quickly told our friends to book their accommodation there. They enjoyed a wonderful weekend and we heard rave reviews about the hosts, the... More

I simply cannot recommend this delightful and very special b&b (seems an inadequate word) enough. We loved our stay, in every detail so much that it is hard to single out one example. . John and Jules were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, the best possible hosts. We had a long stressful drive and arrived to a lovely welcome, and a... More

John and Jules have tastefully restored and interior designed Le Tresor into a chic small bed and breakfast house in a delightful church square and within a very rural location. They are a most friendly and attentive couple and served a lovely, fresh and healthy breakfast. The large bedroom was adequately equipped and lacked air-conditioning and a small refrigerator. The... Charming, hidden away boutique b&b. Great hosts, and a quiet vibe that suits the site. Not much going on - except the village festival our weekend, which was coming to an end, but great to listen to. Very sensibly priced for the quality, and to be recommended. Only open for a relatively brief season in the summer, so I'm told.... More

Situated right on the town square of a very quiet village, Le Tresor has been beautifully restored & updated but with great taste. A warm welcome from John & Jules......super large rooms, with plenty of space for storing bags and making yourself comfortable. We booked room 5, however moved after the first night as it was too hot - even... More

We stayed at Le Tresor in July 2016. The house and garden are lovely, and the proprietors wer friendly and attentive. The prices were quite high, so definitely not in the "bargain" category, but as other reviewers have said, it is both tasteful and chic. The surrounding area is very beautiful, and well worth exploring, but you will need a... More

Just back from a v chilled trip to Sonnac and the surrounding area. This is a charming bed and breakfast. Chic, understated but tasteful decor. Fab linens, toiletries, towels etc. Very nice shady back garden where we sipped on a delicious local rose. Great breakfast from Jules in the "film set" like square to the front of the house. Loved... My partner and I recently spent a week at le Tresor and had a wonderful time. We booked our stay through Mr and Mrs Smith, our first time using this website and were pleased with the simplicity of booking and the quality of our accommodation. When booking there are a selection of 5 rooms on offer at le Tresor, offering... More

Le Tresor is in a fascinating area a little off the beaten track but well placed for a number of major sites of interest in the Cathar country. The hotel is beautifully kept and decorated. The owners, John and Jules are fabulous hosts and make up for the lack of nearby restaurants by providing a perfectly good sharing platter in... More

We stayed at Le Tresor for three nights for a lovely friend's special birthday. We were lucky enough to be in Chambre cinq which has a beautiful four-poster bed and large bathroom ensuite with both shower and bath. The room is very spacious with shuttered windows looking out onto the little village square. The overall theme is tranquil, soft shades... More
