We stayed at the sister hotel on our weekend away (Kilronan castle) but as we had heard amazing reviews about Lough Rynn castle also we decided to visit one day of the trip for some afternoon tea and to explore the grounds. The afternoon tea was simply perfect. The setting was beautiful - high ceilings, a cosy fireplace and comfy...

This is a beautiful estate. Real old world charm and very original. It is not cheap but I would recommend it for a getaway from the rest of the world. Resturant food is quite exceptional and would return there anytime.

Just back from a fab two nights at Lough Rynn. I was there with 7 friends to celebrate my birthday. The staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived until we departed. Kevin was the life and soul of the place, very helpful and friendly. All staff were great - from reception, cleaners, barstaff and especially Laslo, Csaba, Janos ,...

This is the third year we have stayed here and once again we had a great experience. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package and we loved every minute of our stay. The service was outstanding! A special mention to Yanosh and Lazlo in the restaurant who not only remembered us from previous years, but who looked after us...

Travelled down to Lough Rynn Castle for the 14th February with the intention of getting engaged. I made this known to the Hotel in advance and it was the first time for either of us to visit. From start to finish, absolutely nothing can be faulted. Place and staff were amazing and went beyond the call of duty to make...

We went for a few hours here as we were staying in Kilronan Castle and they're both owned by the same company. Lough Rynn is a gem. It has been sympathetically decorated with lots or original pieces. There is a most welcoming fire in the front reception which is gorgeous and himely. We ate lunch and it was sumptuous, there...

Traveled with a friend, absolutely beautiful place, the staff are second to none and the food in the restaurant is divine. It was the attention to detail and friendliness from the staff that made our trip so enjoyable. We were unable to enjoy the gardens due to weather but the interior of the castle itself was more than enough. One...

I went to Loch Rynn for afternoon tea with the girls and it was the best afternoon tea I have ever had without a shadow of a doubt. The staff were amazingly friendly and really could not do enough for us. We had tea, cake, sandwiches and prosecco until we were completely stuffed! Absolutely wonderful. The grounds and the castle...

I visited Lough Rynn on Saturday for afternoon tea with a group of friends for a girly weekend. The Castle itself was beautiful, and the scenery – breath taking! We took a stroll through the walled gardens which overlooked the lake, it was incredible. The afternoon tea itself was lovely; the variety of food we received with a glass of...
