We booked this hotel from the internet for us and our family members. We saw pictures in the internet and we thought that it was a nice hotel with comfortable rooms as we saw in the internet. We also called them before we book the rooms and the tolded us that all rooms are almost the same, as we saw...

Nothing in our junior suite works - no hot water, no heating, no internet connectivity, the toilet keeps running after it is flushed, but now the electric power is back on! We have plates and pots in our fully equipped kitchenette, but no dishwashing liquid, tea towels or coffee, sugar, tea bags, etc. Breakfast is very basic and served under...

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the location - ideal for Kos Town. The hotel itself is cramped and the 2 bed apartment we had was small and dingy, despite the brilliant sunshine outside. The small balcony looked out onto a wall on one side and a hotel walkway on the other - the only use it got...

We stayed in these apartments 2011 and although the rooms where quite nice it was like an obstacle course to get to our room, the only way to get to it was around the downstairs pool one slip of the foot and you would be in the pool. The manager was the most grumpy miserable person . The hotel bar...

Perfect location, look out the window and you can see the sea, lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the same road, not a majorly busy village, no noise from our apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Any requests we had e.g. shortage of towels etc was catered too. Staff were very friendly and had helpful recommendations.

On arrival at the Philipion we were advised that there was a problem with the room and were moved to a basic hotel a few streets away. We were told to return the following morning to get our room but never got it until 13.00, losing half of our first day. A third of the hotel, the new wing, has...
