Had a chance to go back to the Alice and jumped at it.Still the same high standards from Ilias and his family. You are treated as a friend here and not just a number. Just returned from our second visit to this lovely family run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for Elias and his staff .We had a poolside double room with spacious en-suite, full size fridge and kettle with crockery for 2 should you wish to make a snack. Food is served all day and reasonably priced should you wish to eat...

Just returned from Alice springs hotel having spent a week there with my daughter. We normally stay here in july/August but decided to come here for the first week of the season for a change. Was a lot quieter but just as much fun, every thing in the town was open as usual and couldn't have asked for anything different...

Have been to these apartments for the last 8 years twice a year. First ever review as I didn't want anyone else to know. Fantastic location near beach great restaurants 15 mins walk to town. Elias Maria kids Barbara and George brilliant hosts.I have booked already this year so I am safe.

Love this hotel fab place and staff. Great location. Have stayed here twice. Has a lovely pool and gardens. Walking distance to kos town about 20/30mins depending how fast you walk. Plenty of car and bike hire near by

5* holiday and 5* staff totally loved been here for the week and cried when we came home the hotel small and very friendly, staff are just brilliant beach 2 min food locally is amazing will be back again soon xx

Wow we had a brilliant stay at Alice Springs. We a family of four and stayed here for 2 weeks. The accommodation was great,clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and beds every other day were changed. Towels were replenished every time you put them in the bath to be changed which was great. Only real downside was matteresses,...

This was our second visit to the hotel, travelled the same time last year. Could not fault the place, the people and the resort. We found everything relaxing and Elias and Maria perfect hosts with friendly touches to treating holidaying guests to a special environment. A nice touch for us was when we pulled up in the coach on arrival...
