Spectacular views, very comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Really enjoyed our hosts (Pache and Patricia). The yard is so well landscaped and lots of beautiful artwork (glass art and bird houses) to take in around the property. We really appreciated the great advice provided to us as fellow B&B owners. Lots of fun playing pool in the evenings - discovered just how bad we are at playing!!

Two great days of relaxation. The accommodations and hosts cannot be surpassed. Relaxed and informal, choice of breakfast, immaculately clean. Lots of trails for hikers but our highlight was the tour of the refurbished Chinese Cemetery and the story of all the work put in by the locals to bring back its dignity. Pache and Patricia also gave us a tours and running commentary of all the stained glass and artistry that is displayed around town. Patricia's beautiful stained glass artistry, displayed throughout the home is a real delight to the senses. You should not be disappointed if you take a room there for one day or a week.

Stayed at the Willow 'N with my family for a local wedding in Ashcroft, taking over the entire house for a weekend, one that ended up truly being special. The location and set-up is perfect for families with a large gathering space downstairs attached to a game and TV room overlooking the grand Thompson River valley. All the bedrooms were spacious and the set-up perfect with either an attached bath or shared bath. The views from the deck and veranda though, across the immaculate and well maintained gardens and overlooking the river valley made this a truly special property though. We could sit out on the long summer nights for hours...and we did. The views, however, were topped only by the gracious hospitality of our hosts Pache and Patricia - truly special people that made us feel very welcomed and part of their family for the weekend. The breakfast surprises were also an added bonus, the Eggs Benedict and gourmet french toast options are not too be missed (Pache's omelets are dang good as well though!). Already trying to come with an excuse to come back. This was by far the best B&B property and experience I have enjoyed and wish only that others could learn from the Willow 'N ways.

One night here, but could have stayed longer. We were the only guests so didn't need to worry about sharing a bathroom, though one of the rooms has en-suite facilities. Warm welcome and a simply excellent breakfast from friendly and knowledgeable hosts. We felt the quality of the service etc was exceptional.

This is an amazing B&B inside and out! I'm not even sure where to start... The property is huge and has many beautiful garden areas. You can sit in the outdoor hot tub and just gaze at the scenery for hours! The rooms are beautifully decorated; jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms; every room has a door to the wrap around deck! Full of character and the hosts are wonderful. Great breakfasts too!

We stopped at Willow ‘N B&B for one night as part of a road trip. A warm welcome was given from Pache and Patricia who had kept us informed by email prior to our stay of the status of the wild fires in the area at the time, and prior to our holiday gave us advice on things to do, locations to visit and places to eat around town. The lovely house is a short drive out of town with beautiful gardens and an outdoor hot tub. It is set up high above the town of Ashcroft but unfortunately smoke from wild fires obscured views of the countryside and night sky which would normally be visible from the high vantage point. The facilities were second to none with a large communal room in which to relax (the walls are decorated with hunting trophies of Canadian wildlife), a billiard table, computer and kitchenette.
Our room was beautifully decorated and we had sole use of a bathroom with a large shower and spa bath, complimented by lovely fluffy towels and toiletries. The delicious breakfast was ordered the night before and freshly prepared by Pache who catered for any allergies and food intolerances. A lovely peaceful place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return should the opportunity arise.

We chose Ashcroft to stay for the night, because it's in the middle of nowhere, and would be perfect for viewing the Perseid meteor shower. We were blown away by what we had to enjoy at Willow 'N B&B. Incredible location in an almost desert-like location, with beautiful gardens and an expansive view across mountains and a river valley with trains passing by. Spa pool outdoors to enjoy under the stars, a pool room/large guest area downstairs which we enjoyed to ourselves for the night - being the only guests. We arrived around 4pm, and it's one of those places you don't want to leave once arriving and taking in the incredible vistas... so we were delighted to find out that the pizza shop in a neighbouring town would deliver to the B&B! A perfect night in a really incredible spot. The host was lovely as well - decor beautifully set out by his wife, lovely comfortable bed, and beautiful omelettes for breakfast! Most definitely recommend staying here!

Stunning B & B sitting high above the Thompson River Valley leaves nothing to be desired. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. Hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. Delicious morning breakfast would be fabulous in the spring/summer and fall on the beautiful deck with views of the gardens below and mesa in the distance. Spent some time relaxing and sipping a cup of warm coffee enjoying the view! Perfection!

High on a hill in the dry Thompson River Valley lies this gracious, immaculately kept bed-and-breakfast set in an expansive garden of lawns and flowers. This place would be perfect for an outdoor wedding (season permitting), or a romantic escape any time of the year. The house and balconies were purpose built as a bed-and-breakfast and every surface seems brand-new and well designed. The views from each room are extraordinary and one has the best combination of intimacy and open expanse. This is reinforced by the warm and intelligent hospitality of Pache and Patricia Denis. Public areas include a well-equipped games room, a lovely gazebo and a well tended fishpond.

This place is still relatively undiscovered, and not that easy to find on the Internet. Pictures online cannot do justice to the breadth of the grounds or the spectacular landscape in all directions. In fact, pictures of the website below were taken before the garden was established. Despite this they do plenty of repeat business; it's a real find.

Beautiful views, great breakfast, affable host, but please be aware: two of the guest rooms are in the basement adjacent to a pool table, bar, and television.
The host treated my food choices with respect, however, If you are opposed to trophy hunting you may not wish to stay here.

"there are two upstairs rooms straddling a washroom (if you book a private washroom as we did, then the adjoining bedroom is not rented) and the same setup downstairs. In addition to these 4 rooms, there is one larger room with an ensuite downstairs (gallery room?) which is what I would ask for the next time around. All rooms have doors to the beautiful outside deck and patio."

"All the rooms are lovely, we choose The Gallery which is the largest room and has a private bath. Summers are hot in Ashcroft but we stayed cool in this ground floor room, and enjoyed the big patio right outside our door."
