Booked this B&B based on reviews and was not disappointed. The park like property is spectacular. While the buildings are old, they are well kept and comfortable. The host went out of his way to accommodate our schedule of visiting relatives in the area and allow for very early departure (to return rent car to Paris airport). The location is... More

Our one night stay in this delightful quirky B&B was lovely. The owner was very helpful and advised on places to visit. Set in beautiful gardens it was very peaceful and a perfect place to stay for visiting Monet's gardens. The accommodation was of a high standard and plenty of bread and croissants, and home made jams and fruit for... More

Picture perfect hotel with lots of personal details and great hospitality. Great place to couples who enjoy the attentions to details. Very silent location, but still close to the river and the attractions in the area. A very personal hotel with perfect service.

A family of four with two young children aged 6 and 2, we spent a night at this B&B. Stephane was a corteous host and provided us with a perfect itinerary for our visit to the Monet gardens. The B&B itself was wonderful with a cozy, relaxed vibe and a beautiful garden. Also the breakfast was great - best bread... More

The owner was so helpful with information and suggestions on visit that was shortened due to travel delays. He made the most of my less than 24 hour visit to Vernon and Giverny. The breakfast was very nice and in a delightful setting. The only problem I had was finding the B&B the first time and one needs GPS and... More

Stephan the owner is an excellent host. His property and grounds are meticulously cared for and totally beautiful. Breakfast was continental style (no hot dishes) but varied, plentiful, and delicious. Book the double room (queen in one room, bunk beds in the other) if you like lots of room. Bed was super plush and sparkling clean, as was the bathroom... More

Wonderful garden setting, lovingly cultivated by the owner. The room was comfortable, and there were romantic candles outside at night to guide us to our place. Breakfast is in a delightful airy room, with really fresh bread croissants etc and a selection of cereals. It's 15 minutes from Giverny. Directions - follow the road sign because TomTom takes you off... More

Superb B&B within beautiful grounds, excellent breakfast. Stephane the owner was a perfect host, we arrived late but nothing was too much trouble, he booked a local restaurant and gave us advice on what to see after we had been to Monets Gardens, we had a fantastic day and our two night stay was far too short, we have already... Stephane (the owner) is a true host, gentleman and has a keen eye for detail. Communication has been all the time very clear. The house is beautiful, has style, comfortable and very hospitable. With 2 small kids I put all the house valuables high above 5 feet and after that I could even say that the rooms are "baby proof".... More

Le Jardin du Val is a lovely little B&B located just a short drive across the river from Monet's gardens (you definitely want a car when you stay here). The setting is so beautiful and tranquil. The rooms were charming, everything was very clean and the breakfast was good. The best part of our stay was Monsieur Stephane himself. He... More
