I liked the place, very historic city, near the old walls. The service is very good, the rooms clean, the staff nice, the owner Maurizio legendary. The restaurant is also very good, remember to reserve on time because is always full!

We had two nights here as part of a walking tour. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the two dinners were excellent. It is an ideal location for exploring the town withe the castle, cafes and shops close by. Happy to recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay for a wedding weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room spacious and comfortable and the location excellent, right next to the castle. We did a lot of partying so were often up rather late but breakfast was always made available whenever we got up. I would be very happy to stay there again.

We did not know we would be in Este and this was a last minute booking an hour before we arrived. We were warmly received and our room was well appointed. The hotel is centrally situated next to the historic castle and has very pleasant grounds. We enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was a little uninspiring. We were also directed...

It is a great small family run hotel, near a picturesque park within the walls of a castle. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with homey feeling. Dining rooms are big and well-lit, able to fit in many people. Food is good and rooms are quiet. Owner Maurizio is very friendly and attentive, staff is the same and always ready to...

This place is a classic family run hotel with style and care for detail. Not expensive but the food is fabulous, and the location perfectly placed under the castle walls and next to the historic centre of Este. The proprietor Maurizio is kind attentive friendly and his English works well. His staff are equally attentive. The whole place feels generously...

This family run hotel is a good location on the edge of town and just across from the castle. (If you have any spare time and want some peace and quiet, cross the road to the castle rose garden where there is a cafe). Rooms at this hotel were a good size and ours was well equipped and comfortable. Food...

Arrangements Maurizio Morello had made for us were in place on arrival for exploits in the Euganean Hills and visits to Padua and Vicenza. Breakfasts were a pleasure and Maurizio's advice on local restaurants excellent and there is a pizzeria at the hotel. The market square and the castle grounds of Este are very walkable. The museum and its archaeological...
