Superb stay in this picturesque residence. A small paradise, where reigns a family atmosphere and friendly, in a wooded, colorful and well maintained environment. Our 5th visit to the lovely colourful Residence Simona villas and by no means the last. We keep coming back as it seems like a home from home in Paradise. Not only is the location perfect for the best beaches and for visiting the rest of the island, but the attention to detail, cleanliness and welcome from Patrick and his daughter Vanessa are just spot on. Patrick has now added a beautiful pool area which is great for the days when the sea is a bit too wavey for swimming. The villas have everything you need for a short or more extended break including washing machine and dishwasher. The very private seating areas outside the villas are perfect for eating breakfast and lunch before heading into nearby Deshaies to visit on of several great restaurants for dinner by the beautiful harbour. We will be back!

The lovely house exceeded our expectations bothin decor and facilities as well as space and outside relaxation area. The house was a home from home and amazingly well-equipped especially in the kitchen with such luxuries as a dishwasher and even a slow cooker. The owners were especially friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here in a self contained bungalow. Our place had everything you could want and some nice personal touches. There is also a pool and spa onsite. We were very comfortable.
We even met the owner briefly. But the highlight was how helpful they were when we arrived very late due to a delayed flight. Thank you Marika!
We highly recommend you stay here. It has all you could want and is well located to see the sights of Guadeloupe. YMMV

Wunderschöne große saubere, mit allem nötigem versehene Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten mehr Platz als wir zu dritt brauchten. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Toiletten. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, große Schränke, Föhn, ausreichend Handtücher. Salon mit Schaukelstühlen und Sofa, Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Unmengen von Töpfen, Pfannen, Schüsseln, alles was man braucht. Dazu die schöne große Terrasse mit Esstisch, kleinem Tisch, Stühlen, beweglichen Markisen an allen Seiten. Dazu mehrere Whirlpools, Barbecues. Und die wirklich netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber (danke Jessica), die anscheinend an alles denken. Perfekt.

Living room with rocking chairs and sofa, kitchen with gas stove, mixer, microwave, dishwasher and everything you could wish ti cook avery meal you desire. Large terrace with dining table and small table, awnings at each side. Also several whirlpools barbecues. And the really nice hosts (thank you Jessuca for everything) who seem to care about really everything. Perfect.
