I stayed two nights. Breakfast was good, not too many choices, but affordable. Also reception is so neat. Giant moth entered to my room, when the light was off. Night shift reception tried to catch the moth in my room, but she didn't find. I cannot sleep until 2am. I locked the moth in the bathroom, morning shift reception get...

Best Western: we stayed 1 night on out vacation trip towards Italy. Rooms were good. Breakfast was excellent and service was above average for a BW hotel. Location was very convenient on the exit of the highway. Absolutely a nice place to stay on route

Great location, very good prices for food at the hotel. Mediocre service. The children's bed had peaces of glass chards in it. When we commented the hotel fixed the problem but no compensation. The hotel room had no ac and poor ventilation which was a bit of a problem when it was around 30 celsius outside.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, the stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the quality of the breakfast was exceptionally good, we arrive a little late and the hot buffet in the restaurant, although good value was no longer hot!!

This hotel is set high above the Rhine in the ancient town of Breisach. The design is very 1960's - set into the hillside - with fabulous views and it has real character with private balconies. Although '60's style, the hotel is well maintained and in excellent condition. The room was excellent - typical German quality - and the restaurant...

I made the big mistake of thinking that all Best Western hotels have air conditionning and a decent restaurant. Bad surprise. Ok, it was a hot summer day, we did not slept well but as i failed to check beforehand if the hotel had A/C, this is not the reason for the bad rating. The main reason is the restaurant....

Pleasant quiet hotel. Our GPS had us kind of lost. We ended on a narrow road with a many story stone wall on one side and a low wall with a drop on the other. Then suddenly we arrive at the top in a church square. With the hotel on our left. We enjoyed exploring the area on foot. The...

It is a hotel with an excellent view over the Rhine River and the beautiful valley that surrounds it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, although parts of the hotel are a bit labyrinthine as it has a section that only communicates through hallways difficult to decipher where it does not take much to get lost. The employees are...

I've stayed in some pretty poor hotels in some pretty poor countries over the years but this place takes the cake. The standard of customer service here is appalling, it makes fawlty Towers look like the Ritz! As my title states... "Never again" and I must assume that the rest of the 'Best Western' chain are as bad, so they...

Stopped here in early September as part of a coach tour, The hotel is totally un-accessible by a modern touring coach as it is situated at the top of a steep hill with narrow archways blocking the access for the coach,so we were forced to either pay for a shuttle bus or walk up the steep cobbled street to the...
