Beautiful building - it is a wine making chateau that offers wine tasting and has rooms and a top notch restaurant. Easy to find and well sign posted as you enter Gruissan. It has fabulous views of the coast from the bar and restaurant. Room was fine. Breakfast was nice and the pool was excellent. Overall great value.

Dear James, we were happy to welcome you for a relaxing trip in Gruissan. The fact that the domain is faced to the sea and the Clape is very appreciated by our customers. We hope to see you again in our beautiful estate. Yours sincerely, Audrey Sénéchal, Customer Relation Manager

Wow. This place was the highlight of our holiday - four days cycling in Languedoc. We stayed here on our last night before heading back to Narbonne where we'd started out circular route. It is very well sign posted and easy to find, especially from the cycle track. Just as well as it was almost dark after a long day's...

If you want high end, high service, stop reading. If you are looking for a more charming, rustic experience, keep reading. This is a beautiful property set amongst a working vineyard, with distant views of the Med. Rooms vary quite a bit - ours was located in the building across from the main manor. Our room was clean, reasonably spacious...

Lovely vineyard manor, 10 rooms or so, double rooms or 2 double rooms combined, each one with toilet/bathroom , view over the garrigues with a panomaric view over the med (1/4 mile away) , take your walking shoes, camera and bathing suit as all is ther for you, even a private swimming pool ! So relaxing ... Restaurant opened in...

The positives: Helpful and friendly staff, lovely rural setting but only a few km from the beach and town. A 'rustic' building. Nice swimming pool. Good but basic breakfast. A lovely restaurant. A little difficult to find as the sat nav didn't recognise the location. We rang the property as we were going to be a little late but just...

Described as "chambres et suites de charme au decor unique et authentique" the description should have read "stench of sewerage at times overwhelming, decor cheap and decrepid but hey you paid up front so who cares" - beware the description la Petite Maison - a huge disappointment. More like outback workers accommidation in the old days. At first view everything...

For a start the place was difficult to find. When we did find it there was no one on site. We had to walk around for ages trying to find someone. After about a half hour we found the owner. He did not give us a very good welcome and instead of being given a room in the chateau which...

The worst place I have ever stayed at in fifty years of international travel. The service was terrible, the shower facility was full of mold and mildew with peeling paint and broken tile. The mold and mildew smell was so bad, it was difficult to sleep even with the door closed. Complaints were responded to with a shrug of the...

This is a very unusual place to stay including as it does a vineyard, wine tasting cellar, restaurant, accomodation, museum and chateau. Food and service was good. Location reasonably easy to find and great views. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Not far from the motorway for a stop over stay. Parking was plentiful and secure. Very rustic but wifi available....

Rustic French charm in the midst of a working winery. Facilities as described with excellent food choices in the restaurant, supported by a fantastic view of the coast. The room we had overlooked the breakfast area where we had a lovely start to the day, would love to return
