La Costa motel is situated near ocean coast. So, in the summer it is a nice place to stay for a week, but now in winter time water is too cold to swim in the ocean and it's raining often. It's better to go to Brisbane. It is a big and interesting city (bus stop to train to Brisbane is near La Costa motel, you can get to Brisbane easy from this place).
