The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a several days stay. The check in and check out process was easy.
Good location, as is just in front of the beach, large balcony with a great view.
The swimming pool is nice, clean and supervised by lifeguards.
There is a small restaurant just inside the building where you can eat cheap and tasty and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

Old, non-renewed room, with no wi-fi and no air conditioning.

The apartment is very well located. At the end of the promenade of the village of Cullera, on Raco beach. The views are spectacular.
Nearby there is a supermarket, a couple of places with takeaway food and in the same urbanization a cafe-restaurant (we do not use it) for breakfast, lunch or dinner, open from 9am to 1am.
It is an apartment from 1981. As it is, since then they have not made any improvements in it, well the refrigerator is more current and the washing machine. It also has a microwave. The kitchen is butane. The casseroles, pans and so on... better not count, at least they were clean.
The furniture is what the construction company gave when it sold it, confirmed with neighbors who own flats there.
Awkward mattresses, unpinned bed heads to the wall, so if you went around in bed some night of sticky Mediterranean heat, it moves and makes a noise...
The sofa and the armchair very uncomfortable. The sofa is supposed to be a bed, we don't use it, but I don't want to think about what it would be like to sleep there. In the living room there was also a “tell me” fan, with the grille rusting... good thing we haven’t had very hot days.
The blinds go up to a crank that works that way, without curtains in the rooms.
There are two bathrooms: in the big one, with shower, the water shoots out like a sprinkler, every time you flush the toilet, or the next door neighbors do, the pipes sound like a storm. The small bathroom we barely used because it smelled terrible. Both in low light.
As for the sheets and towels, they are clean, but so used that they have become gray and semi-transparent.
The pool is big, but there are a lot of people and the water is so hot, when we were coming down my son said: "Let's go to the pot."
The master who delivers and collects the keys, when he receives them only tells you: "Thank you." At no time do you ask how about it, because the poor man must hear every story...

Washed too many times, faded, gray with blood stains, unacceptable condition of bed linen and towels. Moreover, it was all scattered to dry inside the room. One bed was not made. Shame for owner. Not recommended.

We had a one bedroom holiday flat on the 18th floor. The views were stunning!
The local amenities were plentiful, restaurants, paddle boarding, ice cream parlor, big swimming pools, and of course the beach was on our door step.
I am glad to report that many of the apartments are being refurbished, and even though ours was a little dated, it had everything we needed and it was always kept very clean for us.
I would recommend this place for a family who is wanting a low cost but varied holiday as it really does offer a lot.

Looking for relax and enjoy time with my family we decided to book this apartment. First time in Valencia. Despite of the amazing view and big apartment, i have to say people is very racist due to several experiences we had. Definitely will not recommend for tourists "non Spaniards".

Firstly, Cullera is a nice resort if you are used to Spain - we felt completely safe there, the atmosphere is relaxed (no drunken Northern Europeans!), the beach and water beautiful and clean, the prices reasonable and the people friendly and above all civilized. The Florazar 2 complex (there are 5 Florazars in all) is one of if not the biggest, has a great pool, tennis courts and many other distractions, and an OK (but not great) restaurant/bar. The views from higher floors are stunning and the breeze welcome. However, the apartments are unrenovated and basic, the only good news being that the maintenance staff are quick and efficient! Finally, as with anywhere in Cullera and other "local" resorts in the area, Spanish language is de rigeur - not much else is spoken except Valencian. That's one of the joys, though. I give 3 stars for the overall experience, but that's really 4+ stars for Cullera, 3 for the complex, and 2 for the apartment 1 of which is for the view.

There are no safety provisions in the apartment I have visited. No smoke alarm or fire extinguisher. Gas cannisters are present and there is no safety valve. The photos shown on various booking sites are general and not of the specific apartment you may be given. The apartment had unclean beds which were sandy, and the bathroom=m facilities were from the 1970s. Little equipment in the kitchen, no kettle, toaster or extractor, and as already mentioned the gas hob, powered by separate gas cannister does not have a safety switch.

Also, we were given one key for 4 people. You need a fob to get in and out of various gates and the pool, and it means you have to go together.

Old, non-renewed room. But the worst was swim pool. The hotel is not an owner of swim pool, what means that you need take separate special electronic keys to enter pool area. It is problem when you want go swimming with other adult, but you have only one key - each old person needs to have own key. Another stupid prohibition is that you can't drink and eat your own meal. I felt as criminal when my child wanted something to eat and I forced him to turn his back on the lifeguard, who was a true watchman of rules on the pool. Your children (and adults ! ) can't:
-play wit ball
-swimm with ball
-swimm in swimming wheel
View is very, very beautiful. Really amazing, but it is extremely hot and in room there is no air conditioning and no wifi!
Cruella is nice city - like small Miami.
