Stayed for one night with my sister. The receptionist was not particularly friendly. The rooms were dated but ok (you could see the sea if you leant over the balcony!). Radiators were switched off even though it was January. The air con was not very warm.
It was a Sunday and a holiday of sorts so when we went down to the lounge bar the two staff on duty said no we could not have a wine and to go around the corner. They were also not serving food. We had to walk quite some distance to a bar where we managed to get wine but no food. We went to bed hungry but at least we had breakfast????
On going downstairs for breakfast the receptionist said “no breakfast!” no explanation as to why. We checked out and drove into Cullera town where we eventuallly found some food. As we were driving past the hotel we saw two men sitting outside drinking coffee unfortunately we had not even been offered a coffee!
This hotel has an onsite restaurant and bar. If they were not going to serve drinks or food perhaps they should either a) not open for business or b) let the hapless guests know beforehand that this was going to be the case.
I cannot recommend this hotel and we had a miserable stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to cullera. Staff was very friendly, messaged them before we arrived asking for a beach views room and we got it. The room was very big, nice bed and very clean. There is a small fridge very handy to keep a bit food and drinks to enjoy in the terrace. The place was a little quiet in may but cullera city is just 10 minutes driving away. Would return for another chill holiday

We rented a room for 4 people, a double bed and two single beds to have space (there were two of us) and while going to eat, the landlady, without asking us, came into our room to move our personal belongings and took a bed. Furthermore, the hygiene is questionable, the box springs are yellowed and decorated and the blankets are stained. The boss who considers herself to be almighty God replied that it was her place and that she could do what she wanted! Run away
