This Hostel and some few others in the neighborhood are in the best place to stay, to reach every point in the area they want (nearly the same radius in all directions for near tourism attractions). Staff do not speak English but they are helpful. Breakfast is about something like in a morning you do not want to have it, so just try coffee and a bread. My room was single and had private bath. clean but old (age does not matter). Do not expect enter a luxurious hotel, unless the hotel claim. So If you do not like it remember that time of booking a room in this website or others you had a chance to look and read about it. So for breakfast if you would to have a full and nice one, try a cafe/restaurant there. There are few ones that are worthy to experience. Unrelated to my review, I saw many negative reviews about hotels that I myself visited and I am sensitive (like everyone) about cleanness, facilities comparing to price and so on. So If there is anything you might not like a hotel or hostel, first you may check what you payed for, how much did you read about the place, and what you expect from where you will book a room. It is important before any anger or negative point. And, Yes! there even luxurious hotels which you should be angry or dissatisfied for what they claimed what in reality you experienced.…

Great little hotel. Perfect family spot. Very reasonably priced. Proper - not just a few sweet items - generous breakfast. Bathroom was good with plenty of towels / soap etc. Wifi only in common room but not a big deal for us. Staff / managers are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

When I imaginated the stay I thought of a regular hotel. When we 've checked in it felt more like like hostel with a simple breakfast. Sharing a (one)toilet with shower in the corridor with other guests. Found one in the personal that spooke some english. Small rooms with giant closets, made the room even smaller.

Really good nicely furnished hotel with big patio, launge zone and friendly staff. The hotel is in walking distance from the railway station as well as from the beach and sightseeings. There are some good restaurants nearby and a nice park. The hotel is pet friendly. I stayed in single room which was small but nice, with Tv and wardrobe, bathroom with toiletries and hairdrier. Breakfast was nice but coffee was "contradictive" :) WiFi works well.

This hotel, located in the centre of Castiglioncello, is an affordable option in an otherwise expensive neighborhood. We were on a tight budget, so just looking for a place to sleep. 2 star rating does not necessarily mean that your experience cannot be compared to an experience of a 4 star rated hotel. Room, although small, very clean. Extremely quiet, which can guarantee your good night's sleep. Continential breakfast definitely up to the standard! Staff is friendly, but you should be clear on what the conditions are. We came in 5 minutes to checkout time and asked if we could spend another half hour, which seemed to be the agreement. Upon checkout I was then surprised when asked to pay for another daily rate? I could not accept this and luckily we were able to agree upon an approximately 15% daily rate for the extra time spent. I found this reasonable and there seemed to be no hard feelings from the staff.…
