I stayed here whilst working in Scotland, it's got everything you expect from a b&b, warm, comfortable with good wifi I might add!! I stayed in room 6 which had twin beds, it did say twin/double, then on to say my room had a double bed with en suite when I booked which was disappointing when I saw the two...

This was a beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and friendly. The owner made a big effort to make sure we were well cared for. Breakfasts were really very good, with a good amount of choice on the menu, and freshly baked bread, and good quality food (especially the smoked salmon!). We appreciated the information provided on the local area,...

Sorry Diane. You made us very welcome and the room was lovely but the breakfast was really horrible. The fruit compote seemed past its best, the parma ham likewise, and not everyone likes a choice of white soda bread or nothing (no toast). Eggs Benedict with salad cream???

We have just returned home after a 1 night stay at Argyle House and could find no fault at all with this lovely bed and breakfast. Diane made us feel very welcome, the rooms were spacious and spotless and the breakfast was delicious especially the warm home made bread. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone...

We were planning a visit to the Glenlivet Distillery, and came across this lovely B&B in Tomintoul, which is only 8 miles away. We were not disappointed, Steve and Dianne were great hosts. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts wonderful, with a great choice. The porridge was the best I have ever had. All the other guests...

Stayed here for one night in this quiet little town with nature close by. Went out for a relaxing jog that would have calmed the most stressful mind. The room was nice and the breakfast was great. Diane was a wonderful hostess!

Steve & Diane were amazing hosts. We unfortunately were running late after the scheduled time and felt very bad about it, but Diane was very accomodating and kind enough to stay up to meet us. In the morning, the breakfast was fantastic with fresh Scottish salmon & eggs, home-baked bread, fruit & yogurt, and juice. Diane gave us great advice...

This is our second visit to the Argyle Guest House. It was as warm and friendly as our last visit. Diane and Steve are fantastic hosts and they are very accommodating. The breakfast is excellent. This establishment is highly recommended.

My parent stayed with Diane earlier this week for two nights while I stayed with family nearby . My dad has advanced dementia and potentailly staying away from home for both of them can be challenging. For booking to departure Diane could not have been more helpful nor supportive of their needs. Ensuring that they had privacy whilst eating, a...

I stayed there for one week in October 2013. Very simple guest house but with an exceptional service. Diane and Steve are just amazing, very flexible and extremly helpful. This feels like home away from home.
