We’ve had a throughout lovely stay at Relais du Plessis and can recommend it wholeheartedly! The park is located right in the heart of the Loire valley, with all the major sights (castles, towns, museums) at a maximum of 45 minutes but often far less drive away. The Loire region is absolutely beautiful and holiday makers of all kinds will...

We only stayed here one night on the drive back to Dieppe from The Dordogne. It's not really for families (It is a spa so I will take the blame for this). I cannot really imagine anyone staying any longer than a night or two. It is very, very quiet and seems to be frequented by a) elderly folk and...

This is a bit like center parks plus! The flats are basic, IKEA-like and not spacious, the facilities are good - there is a nice spa, although its pretty expensive. The food also in the restaurant is way more expensive than local restaurants, and just offering a buffet in july and august was a bit of a cop-out. The pool is...

We stayed for a week in Relais du Plessis and while the resort was pleasant, and we have no major complaints, we would not strongly recommend staying there. We arrived late one evening (just before 10.00 pm) and received very little help on checking in, our baby kit (an additional extra) was not ready and we were given no advice...

What a pleasant surprise! Our booking stated a standard room with a double bed so you could imagine our surprise when we received an apartement with bedroom, bathroom and open plan lounge kitchenette. We enjoyed preparing our own supper and lunchbox for our daytrips. A supermarket very nearby supplied everything we needed..The reception staff was very friendly and helpfull and...

Apartements, where you have to clean yourself. They are quite new, but the workmanship is not good. The pool is too small compared to the number of guests. Overall it is poor value. Terrible service. Not recommended

We stayed for week during June 2012. We booked Relais du Plessis for the price and self catering aspect. On the website the complex seemed a pleasant looking place. Our apartment was one bedroom and was decorated to a modern fashion, There was an open sitting room kitchen area, separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment was also clean and we...

Great resort and strating point to visit Loire Castles as Azay Le Rideau, Ussé, Chinon or Loches. Great services, Apartment was clean. However rooms are realy small. Bring your Corckscrew. Very usefull when visiting the Loire and have a bottle opened when getting back to the room.
