The hotel itself took a while to find because there was no specific address, just a street name (which happens to be a long street!). When we got there, the receptionist on duty could not speak a word of English (the other 2 people we encountered could communicate, somewhat). The room was good, very spacious (bathroom was small) and clean and the shower was great. The free WiFi didn’t connect in our room so we had to stay in the reception area if we wanted to be connected. Breakfast was the usual continental Italian style breakfast.

We have chosen this hotel because apparently it was the only available in town. We asked for a double room "superior" with sea view. We thought about an hotel in the city center along the seaside. Unfortunately, the view was only on docks .. probably the hotel is good for businessmen working sometimes in Mazara but it is not a good choice for tourists in my opinion. However, the center is 5-10 minutes away by car (not recommended on foot) and
Mazara itself is very nice. The rooms are good although we did not find anything "superior".
The garage is 100 m away but there is a strange policy: you are required to get and return the key anytime to the reception (quite annoying). The breakfast is ok but could be much better if genuine sicilian food instead of commercial products were used.

I’m not one to usually complain, however...

I was up all night. AC didn’t work, was blowing humid, moldy smell into the room. Room was filled with mosquitos. I left the hotel with bug bites all over my feet, face, and chest. Terrible! Pay a few extra dollars and stay somewhere nicer!

Staff are nice, breakfast is acceptable.

This hotel is a little way outside of the main centre of town. But in saying that hotel itself was clean, room was large and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff and secure private parking underground. Very good value. Would reccommend.

It's strange to read negative reviews and above all documented with photos so you can't say they're fake but our experience was super positive and we'll list and document everything too. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, from 27 to 30 April 2024. Very young, smiling, helpful and friendly staff. Large room, CLEAN and with everything you need. Regular bathroom perhaps a little narrow but also complete with bidet and towels always clean and changed daily. I only made a small complaint to the management because it is not possible that a 3-star hotel does not have a safe in the room and/or not even at the reception and they replied that they were removed because people did not know how to use them and blocked them (of all things). a bundle of grass is not good). For everything else our rating does not change and it is the best because we had a great time both for the size of the room and for the super breakfast complete with savory, fresh (croissants, yogurt, kellogs, juices, etc.) and packaged items. The hotel is located on the seafront but the nightlife is on the other side of the port, about 2 km away on foot. They told me that work is about to begin on the construction of a new pedestrian bridge which will shorten the distance to less than 1 km and it will be really convenient to go there on foot. Absolutely recommendable.
Hello from Roby and Lucy from S. Anastasia (Naples).

From some of the reviews I read I was alarmed but I can say that I found a brand new hotel, definitely renovated, very kind staff, neat and clean rooms complete with everything, TV, fridge, bar, WiFi, air conditioning, shower, etc., good breakfast, the only small flaw is that hot water takes a while to get there. quite a bit

Obviously dirty room. Upon our request to change the towels, as they were all stained and covered in fur and hair, the staff presented us with other stained and dirty towels, this 6 times before finding barely acceptable linen. The shower is falling apart, and obviously dirty. Stained bidet. Air conditioning doesn't work. The structure has been externally renovated, internally it would need to be demolished.

Upon arrival they tell us that there is no water due to a fault but it is not clear from the explanation whether it depends on the hotel system or the aqueduct. There may be a problem but the staff was not very proactive in providing a minimum of support after a day of travel, at least offering bottles of water to refresh. And until late in the evening nothing was communicated to us about it. Only around midnight was everything resolved.
The rooms are furnished as per photos and clean. A normal hotel as a base without spending a lot.
Decent breakfast from the bar inside the hotel.
