Neat clean friendly as I was gonna check out the next day at 5 am. I asked if I could use my free breakfast the previous day, they complied.

Very good service, the food and the room was great.

The front desk service was also upto the mark.

If only they had a pool.

The best boutique hotel 🏨 in Cox’s Bazar but only problem is it’s not available always 😊
I would love to stay here always in my Cox’s Bazar trip rather than a five star hotel.
The room, service, hotel lobby everything is so well clean and comfortable.

This is a nice hotel. They provide airport pick up and drop-off. The rooms are clean and well appointed - nothing fancy which is fine. The cleaning and restaurant staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel hosts many people working in international NGOs (so breakfast starts at 7:00am which is appreciated!). It's located close to other NGO offices too which is a plus. One recommendation is for the hotel to put guests staying for a longer time for work (who might appreciate a more quiet environment) on the same floor.

I've now stayed here on five different occasions and have been happy each time. The service by the staff is excellent. Airport pick up and drop off is a great service! The breakfast has decent selection. The rooms are clean, the shower is great. Very nice stay. The only surprise was when I went to check out there was a 300 Taka charge for using the gym. No one mentioned to me that there was a charge. It's not a big deal, but you should be aware. In all of the hotels I've stayed in around the world, this is a first. I've never seen or heard of a charge to use the gym. Apart from that it was fantastic once again.

We moved to this hotel after staying at a 'noisy' hotel by the main road of Cox's. The thing I loved the most about Windy Terrace is its quiet location, away from the incessant noise of road traffic. The room was comfortable, two single beds put together to make a double bed. Nice decent sized room with a built-in desk, a small side table and two arm chairs. I had restful sleeps at this hotel.

However, the room smelled of very strong cigarette smoke as soon as we checked in. I mentioned this upon checking in and asked if we can be moved to a different room. However we were told the hotel was fully booked and that they could not find any other available room. That's understandable due to the influx of aid workers and it is the holiday season for Bengalis where most go to Cox's for breaks. The reception staff sent someone to 'fix' the problem. A hotel attendant came and attempted to spray the room with deodoriser to which I said no. Later, he came with those wax smelly things that you put in a toilet (a deodoriser) which he spread all over the room. I didn't know which one was worse, the cigarette smell or the strong smell of the toilet deodoriser! So I re-traced all the smelly wax the attendant had placed all over our room and covered them with cloth to contain the smell. Even if I wanted to open our window to aerate our room, that's not possible as a swarm of mosquitos will surely start flying in!

The next day, we asked the staff again nicely if they had a room for us to move. We were asked to wait for a few minutes and they will get back to us. We waited for a good 30 minutes and no one got back to us. So in the end, we rang and were told, they couldn't do anything. So I intervened and asked if they can provide vinegar (which I can place in separate bowls to place around the room). We were asked to pay for it. I wanted them to understand that we were already offering them a solution to their smokey room. The way to get rid of the smell is to provide agents that absorb the smell and not by spraying or putting a layer of obnoxious smell to 'cover' the smell. They didn't seem to appreciate this. In the end, we managed to get some vinegar from their kitchen in small quantity free of charge. Better than nothing and it helped absorb the smell.

I hope the management can read this review with a positive view to learn from our experience and be able to manage a similar case better in the future.

Other than the smokey smell, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, good range to choose from and a la carte menu for dinner was also good.

Saying all these, if I do go back, I would stay here again.

Refresh and enjoy with peace. Smokers need to inform first so smoking room may manage, Lavel 9 have smoking arrangement with balcony.

Owner himself taking care for guest feedback which is really positive.

Breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am. Because of travel we reach almost midnight and welcoming drink by coconut water at reception which made refresh us. At about 2:00am we walk and found 24 hours restaurant and beef cooking was excellent.
Me and my friends was not brave enough to get kissing from sea.....;)

Total value for the money spent. Rooms are very nicely equipped with modern hotel facilities and amenities. I highly recommend staying in this superb hotel. I spent 3 nights along with my wifey and the restless kid and we are very happy about the hotel - surely stay there when in CXB next time.

If you are lucky enough to get a booking, this is the perfect boutique hotel in Cox Bazar. I was booked into this hotel by my employer during a field visit to Teknaf. I have been to cox bazar planet of times, so when i was told i was checking into an unknown hotel, i was very apprehensive. Little did i know i would be coming across one of my best hotel experiences in Cox Bazar. The hotel might be small with limited rooms and facilities, but makes up for it with great service, and extremely comfortable rooms. It is in a quiet side road not far from everything, but far enough to have the deserved rest from a tough day on the field. Personally i left the hotel at 6 am and returned back at 7pm everyday, but it felt like i was returning back home. The food was good, and the staff were great. I highly recommend this hotel to all business travelers. (then again i have been to Cox Bazar twice since i checked in here, and i could not get a booking, so i think the word is out already).

If you are looking for a room with a view, then this might not be the place to stay for you (even though you do get to see a little bit of the sea from their roof top restaurant).

I was working in Cox’s Bazar for 6 weeks and staying here during all those weeks
Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was also very good as I was not used to spicy food and they prepared special food for me. My room was very comfy also, clean. So for me the time in Cox’s Bazar in this hotel was really like a home away from my home
