The Resende Imperial Hotel & Spa garners high praise for its robust amenities, including a commendable pool, top-notch gym, and delectable breakfast options. Nestled near urban beaches and bustling Pituba Street, guests have called out its stellar location. While the spacious and modern rooms are frequently lauded, a few reviewers point out maintenance and noise concerns. The staff's exceptional service and the overall cleanliness receive consistent commendation, contributing to the hotel's inviting and elegant atmosphere, though the value is slightly marred by unexpected checkout fees.

We made the Reservation at the Inn Pedra Torta but at the time of check in we were informed that due to unavailability of rooms for the period we would have an up grade and our accommodation would be in RESENDE IMPERIAL which is of the same network. Ok at first we were very well received, really the Inn brings a differentiated comfort and first class service, a very varied breakfast and with a very welcoming reception with right to tapioca and omelet made on time and with a lot of affection. But over the days I felt some differences which cannot be accepted, for example I noticed a team of photographers running around the hotel and performing some rehearsals, at no time I was approached about even seeing other guests being approached and served by the photographer team, ok! At the time of the check-out I asked at the reception about the photography service how was the operation, to my surprise was informed that the guests are entitled to a photo and if interested in more the negotiation is made directly with the photographers. Well pq I wasn't approached about it? Even if I have a pq cost I was not informed?
Even knowing I had one
Up grade if not included in my Vacation Package should be informed about and about the cost of the same because I believe that we are talking about an equal treatment, because it was by their choice that I was staying at Resende Imperial.
That left me to desire making my experience not score 10.

It was surprising the experience we had at the Imperial Resende. Everything very organized, cosy and clean! Gentle and helpful staff, wonderful pool, varied and delicious breakfast! Whenever we returned from the beach in the afternoon we had the satisfaction of finding our room clean thanks to the great service of the camaraderie Esmeralda! At checkout, it has a fee that is optional, but it is worth considering the excellent care provided throughout the stay.

I was staying at Resende Imperial Hotel & Spa in Itacaré with friends and our experience was incredible! The hotel is beautiful, everything was recently done, very beautiful. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious, with beds that feel like a hug after a day exploring the region's wonderful beaches. They are very close and you can do everything on foot with short walks.

The pool is great for relaxing and the breakfast is great, with lots of fresh and tasty options – I loved the fruits and homemade cakes.

The service is also worth highlighting. All the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax, especially after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!

The stays are always wonderful at Resende. It is an incredible experience that brings us back to time with colonial architecture and beautiful casarios. The pool and the wet bar are a real invitation to enjoy the day at the hotel. Immaculate breakfast with a variety of breads of own production, very attentive staff and accommodations that make us want to spend time in the room. It is worth a suite with balcony for a pool for a late afternoon wine.

My stay at Resende Imperial was simply wonderful! The hotel is exactly as in the photos: everything very new and impeccably clean. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the pool and the surrounding floor, a care we rarely find.

The location is perfect, a few steps from the main street of the center, the Pituba, where everything happens. It is great to have easy access to restaurants, shops and bars, without losing the peace of the hotel.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and I want to highlight especially Patrícia, which was amazing! She gave us great tips about the area and, knowing we would stay for a week, even arranged for us a floor staircase so we could stretch the clothes.

The breakfast is excellent, and the tapioca deserves a separate compliment! I ordered one and came with a personalized message – a special touch that makes all the difference. I have stayed in two hotels in Itacaré and I can guarantee that this was the best tapioca in the region!

The rooms are super comfortable and cosy, making the experience even better. I would return to Itacaré a thousand times, and a good part of it is to stay at the Imperial Resende. Super recommended!

All my photos are in high resolution, so I couldn't go up here, but I highlight an amazing photo of the sunset on the beach of Concha!

New and well structured hotel, well located. Very good pool, simple but reasonable gym. Sauna and spa still under construction. Well decorated rooms. The air conditioning in my room didn't work and we need to change room, quiet without drama. Good breakfast, nice atmosphere. I think the only criticism to be made is the charge of 10% service fee on the value of the nights included, in an embarrassing way, with printed invoice presented to the guest at the time of check-out. There is no prior notice at the time of booking. You can refuse payment, but I think this creates unnecessary embarrassment. I paid, but I think tap is something cultural and voluntary when you're well served. The staff remuneration must be paid by the entrepreneur and this must be incorporated into the daily value. Quite unelegant the way the collection is done.

Very clean hotel, good bed, but if the hotel has very crowded prepare to hear a lot of noise coming from the rooms...because it is a construction made essentially from Drywall there is not enough acoustic insulation only this defect that bothered me. The quality of the bedding can improve as well.
The gym has 2 stairs but only worked during our stay.
Excellent staff,
The perfect breakfast
Landscape very well taken care of

We travel in July/2024 and the hotel is not 100% ready. There are several very visible points that demand finishing and that make it clear that the undertaking is not yet fully finished to receive as they would like. Despite this, the hotel is excellent, the pool infrastructure, gym and game room too. The proximity to Pituba Street and its many restaurants is crucial, as it is possible to do everything on foot. Highlight note for the breakfast manager, Patrícia, who served us very carefully throughout our stay! I recommend!
